First time at this restaurant brand. Wide menu, good service, generous portions. Full bar, lots of seating arrangements, interesting areas in restaurant, outdoor too.

We have unfortunately eaten here twice. The first time we ordered bone in wings with traditional buffalo sauce. The wings were not crispy and the skin/fat was like eating rubber and the sauce was so thin you got no sauce. I asked the server and he stated I need to ask for them crispy, they can fry them twice. We had never eaten here before and he knew that. My husband ordered the stuffed sandwich thing. It looked delicious but lacked flavor. We gave them a second shot and came back for a pizza, no thanks it was under cooked and we have no desire to come back and give them a third try. Starting to think they just under cook everything. If you're looking for a cheap beer that's about all they have going for them.

I would compare to like Applebee's or TgiFriday, restaurants like that. Decent food. A lot of gnats that I suspect are coming from the bar. The booths are not comfortable. The seats in the booth could use an update. They are lumpy and old.

This would be a 5 star review if it wasn’t for the bathroom… stay tuned…My husband and I were staying at the hotel next door. We walked over around 9 pm on a Saturday night. Service was prompt and friendly. We ordered drinks and shared a chicken quesadilla. There are some arcade style games that other couples were enjoying. The music playing was 90’s and early 00’s which we appreciated being in our early 40’s. We were laughing and thoroughly enjoying ourselves until my husband went to the bathroom. It was 15 degrees hotter and my husband described the smell as a combination of stagnant urine and an old man feces. He was holding his breath while urinating as Mariah Carey blared through the speakers. He hurried to wash his hands and then frantically waved his hands in front of the paper towel dispenser that would only give 2 inches of towel at a time. He breathlessly returned to the bar and said, “Do NOT go to the bathroom! We have to get out of here!” The bathroom ruined it. So please visit this restaurant but do not visit the restroom.

Pizza crust was not done all the way. It was like eating half baked dough with pizza toppings onto. Will never order pizza from there again.

We are long time and loyal customers. However, many of our last experiences (both dining in and take-out) have been less than satisfactory. What is unfortunate is that I have brought this to the attention of staff, supervisors and management on several occasions (as issues occurred). No effort has ever been made by management to address any issue. For one, although this is nothing I’ve ever complained about or brought to their attention, they need to replace those old, cracked, flattened, uncomfortable booth seats. My main recurring issue is with my orders rarely being prepared properly. More often than not, when I order a burger very well done with extra crispy bacon (I actually say “burn it”), I get medium if that with soggy undercooked bacon (although yesterday’s order was prepared properly - reason for 3 stars because when the food is as ordered, it’s quite good). Onion rings often are undercooked as well. There are times when I order take out and get home only to find no bacon or no cheese or wrong cheese or wrong bun.Yesterday I came across a discount card (actually we bought 2) sold by school football team boosters. I’ve had these for months. I had forgotten about them. But to my delight I noticed Panini’s in Stow was a restaurant participant. So when I ordered I expected to use one of the discounts offered per card. Turned out the $5 off $25 was dine-in only (and clearly labeled with this restriction). However, the free appetizer with purchase of 2 entrees stated per card/per check/per visit (something to that effect) with no mention of dine-in requirement. I was told all discounts on card were dine-in only despite not stating this on the card. I was told that they have to explain “all of the time” to many patrons that the discount will not be honored because of this unwritten/unknown restriction. I pointed out that either all of the customers are wrong and Panini’s is right or maybe it’s Panini’s who are wrong for not clearly stating restrictions/requirements. Unfortunately, I was met with indifference and disregard. Anytime that anything has been brought to the attention of staff, including management, nothing has been done. Apparently the customer is not always right.

The food was good. One of the better Paninis I've gone too. Food came out nice and hot. Only seemed to be one server running around. She did well but was overwhelmed.

Stopped for drinks for a retirement. Took forever to get served. Finally, I went to the bar to order for myself. Food was subpar.
