Customer service is very poor. Wouldn’t let me add a large fry at pick up window, wouldn’t let me place an order for large fry either. Then to top it off they didn’t fill my order correctly, I was shorted a frosty so I ended up driving back and waiting in line again just to get my correct order. Done.
Update: the managers name is Amanda Klasa. Do not go to this Wendy’s! They served my mother a completely RAW CHICKEN sandwich tonight. She got sick. When she went back to show them, she parked at the gas station next door and walked to the window since inside was closed and there was a line. the manager(a young lady) didn’t apologize or anything, just asked if she wanted her money back or a new sandwich with a huge attitude.
