“We usually go to the one in Engle toad but was out in Strongsville. Went in staff made you feel so welcome from the start .I think the manager name was Will greeted myself and other customers right away while it seemed like he was training a new younger female .Food was absolutely made to the T the way I wanted it but what made the experience was that this manager was running a tight ship verry friendly and well organized team . I EVEN HEARD THIS MAN GREET A REGULAR CUSTOMER BY HER NAME SAY ITS GREAT SEEING TOU AGAIN AND ASKWD HOW HER AND HER FAMILY WAA THIS IS GHE CUSTOMER SERVICE WANT .As a supervisor in a business myself we are only as strong as our leader I give props to this man and also his team .I will only be going here from now on .Thank you for the great meal,service, and experience“
“Picture it, mall is closing and a tired Mom and toddler need to eat. Toddler is very upset about leaving the playplace, is hungry and now throwing a fit. Mom orders food and is given fries right away. While trying to juggle her purse, drink and an upset toddler the Mom gives the toddler a fry but it is too hot and toddler drops it on the floor. The cashier apologizes even though it's not his fault and the Mom explains it's been a long day and the toddler is just tired and emotional per usual. The cashier reaches over and hands a small free package of cookies to give to the toddler. The crying stops, Mom breathes and in just a moment a stranger has helped more than they could know. Thank you for your thoughtful gesture. You truly made a difference in that Mom's day. Food was so delicious and quick too. ❤️“
“My first time coming to this Mr. Hero and the staff was absolutely amazing. They were very nice, friendly. They asked how my day was going and told me I would be back next time and they remembered me. My second time visiting this location was for lunch with my daughter. I can’t remember the nice Indian lady but she was so nice to my daughter. She asked her how was school going, asked her favorite subject etc. Just like the first visit they said we would be back soon. The food was fresh, hot and delicious.“

“The subs here are very tasty! The wings are ok, the milkshake are good but can be a little more thicker (I'm sure if yu ask, they will ablige) they stay open pretty late for people who get off work late and want to grab a quick bite to eat.“
“This is the CLEANEST Mr. Hero I've ever seen! I called ahead to confirm closing time and they informed me when I should arrive to ensure that I wouldn't cut it too close. Located in a shopping plaza, the restaurant was easy to find. The place was so clean! I always visit a Mr. Hero when I'm in town and I was not disappointed! “Love their food, everything is cooked fresh to order but it doesn’t take that long since they always have a lot of people working. My husband and I eat here probably once a month. We went here today and one of the workers gave us free cookies while we were eating shout out to you lol. Not super cheap it’s about mid range, like a step up from fast food. Worth it though.“
