“I only write reviews for Fast Food restaurants when they are truly outstanding. My lunch at the Great Northern Charley's was one of those times. I ordered a Chicken Philly and the cashier notified me there was a special and I would get free fries - Awesome. My sandwich was delicious, better than other Charley's because the bun was soft and warm. The fries were also the best because they were hot and crisp. Everyone was friendly and my lunch was a great value at $5.99. Keep up the good work!“
“So I’m from the EAST COAST so I heard that Penn Station was the closest that I was gonna get to the type of sub I wanted. Well I got there after reading reviews and it wasn’t bad. The service was good. Friendly when I walked in. Fast service. I didn’t like that a cold sub was on hot toasted bread… if I want a cold sub I don’t want hot bread. Apparently the bread doesn’t come all the way cooked so they have to toast it. Idk first timer. They don’t use raw yellow onion but accommodated me with some. And was stingy with the pickles but the sub was good. So after all the negative reviews my own experience was very good.“

“Holy smokes !! There was a deal going on for Charley's on ubereats. Buy one get one chicken teriyaki sub - I never had Charley's before. I got two of those and a order of the ultimate fries, and a large ? ? lemonade! DELICIOUS. I was totally not expecting it to be this good! Food was delivered warm and toasty, fries were still crisp. The flavor the sub had was off the hook, and the fries were salty and delicious. Whoever was on duty did their job and did it WELL! Thanks for an awesome first taste! Definitely gonna enjoy Charley's more in the future!“
“My first time coming to this Mr. Hero and the staff was absolutely amazing. They were very nice, friendly. They asked how my day was going and told me I would be back next time and they remembered me. My second time visiting this location was for lunch with my daughter. I can’t remember the nice Indian lady but she was so nice to my daughter. She asked her how was school going, asked her favorite subject etc. Just like the first visit they said we would be back soon. The food was fresh, hot and delicious.“
“This is a great place for a delicious Sub ! The people are very friendly and the food is prepared fresh. There is actually meat in there sandwiches. No skimpy portions here. Not cheap but worth the price. The restrooms are clean and there is ample seating in the restaurant. Plenty of parking out front.“

“The subs here are very tasty! The wings are ok, the milkshake are good but can be a little more thicker (I'm sure if yu ask, they will ablige) they stay open pretty late for people who get off work late and want to grab a quick bite to eat.“

Went in staff made you feel so welcome from the start .I think the manager name was Will greeted myself and other customers right away while it seemed like he was training a new younger female .Food was absolutely made to the T the way I wanted it but what made the experience was that this manager was running a tight ship verry friendly and well organized team . I EVEN HEARD THIS MAN GREET A REGULAR CUSTOMER BY HER NAME SAY ITS GREAT SEEING TOU AGAIN AND ASKWD HOW HER AND HER FAMILY WAA THIS IS GHE CUSTOMER SERVICE WANT .As a supervisor in a business myself we are only as strong as our leader I give props to this man and also his team .I will only be going here from now on .Thank you for the great meal,service, and experience“
“The food is amazing, this is the only place that you are going to find this taste it's delicious, be careful though if you order a large meal it will be 20 dollars but you'll get 2 burgers the size of a double Q lbs with cheese at mcdonalds, a full basket of fries and a delicious cup of cheese, more than enough cheese trust me for the fries and a large drink, more than enough food for the price for sure. The customer service was also decent, they seem like good people.“

“The fellas were really kind, the cashier I believe ones was named like Khalil or something like that. He was really kind and helpful and did not seem to get inpatient as I answered the phone in front of him. usually I don't answer the phone at these odd times but it was my divorce lawyer. Khalil even asked about it such as if I get to keep the car and when I get to see my kids. I thought it was rude at first but I saw his pretty eyes and I knew he was a kind man. The chef in the back was really good at what he does, not compared to usually from this location. I think someone said his name was Michael, shout out to you Mikey!!. The only reason I could not give a five was because of rude manager who was interrupting Kahlil while he was taking my order. Also a dollar fifty for extra meat, come on dog that's to much!!“
