“The owners of Union House have done an amazing job of updating the bar and restaurant while still maintaining the working man charm of the original. I wish I’d taken pics of the food, it was delicious. The burger (sourced from Whiteys in Richfield)is a generous half pound and cooked to perfection. Fun appetizers like the Tater Kegs (tots stuffed with buffalo chicken) and the Parma Wings, (mini pierogi tossed in your choice of several different wing sauces) are a fun shareable. The Wednesday/Friday fish fry is available year round and is delicious. Served with a side of fries and coleslaw it really hit the spot. For the more health conscious you can get a beautiful veggie plate or choose from a myriad of salads and grilled chicken.“
“We are from Texas and had a few hours to relax before catching some sleep. The good lord lead us to this place! We were a little reluctant driving up and then had the best time!!! Great staff. Great food. Clean, well laid out space. I wish we could say we will be back! Definitely would if we weren't 1300 miles away!“
“What a lovely little spot! I'm all about a good dive bar and we found the best one in Cleveland! Sherry & Simone were so welcoming, it felt like home. A pool table & curated jukebox were great additions and although we didn't eat (Sloppy Joes $4), I'm sure they were delicious. Inexpensive, charming & the visit left me with a huge smile on my face, knowing this was one of those special places. Can't say enough good things, just an all around great time. This place is a real as it gets. If you are in Cleveland, pay them a visit, tell em Patti from Philly sent you. ??“
“Are you on the way to the airport and want to take the edge off? Stop here before you blow $100 at Sammy's airport bar! Keep that money for your vacation! Nice little out of the way dive bar with friendly locals. It is dog friendly! Just as long as your dog ain't angry!“
“I had the fish fry at My Corner Bar for the first time yesterday. It was delicious and affordable. The server was a doll. We made a few new friends and had a great time playing pool and listening to karaoke singers! The atmosphere is always good and the patrons and staff are friendly and fun. Shout out to my favorite barmaid, Crystal ♡ Definitely recommend!“
“Great place to drink get with times thou get the card machine . Very friendly clean establishment. The staff is super friendly and they check the patrons coming in . Cash only bar ! Very nice pool tables , and decorative bar !!! Finger food which I can respect, such as Baron pizza . I would rather them do that then serve some BS!“
“This place is the BEST EVER!!! We have strayed and tryed pizza in different area places just to check them out ... but we always HAVE to come back to GEPPETTO'S NORTH OLMSTED!!!! They are truly the best and work incredibly well with customer service and work to satisfy any order you are trying to make!!! JUST THE BEST!!!“
“Food was delicious and the service is always outstanding!! Bartender gave us sprinkles and whipped cream because we felt left out!! It's become our new go-to spot! The first picture is from Halloween. A definite must-see experience!!“
“Fantastic little dive bar! Berea has quite a few dive bar gems already, and this is right up there with them! Cash only bar, but there is a ATM in premises if you forget to bring the green stuff. For you craft beer enthusiasts, you won't find anything here except for GLBC Dortmunder Gold. No IPA's or anything else available, so I gotta dock a star for that. But this place isn't for the fancy beer snobs like me. It's a place to get cheap beer and a shot and enjoy meeting the locals. Friendly staff and prompt service! Bathroom consists of a urinal and toilet crammed into a room the size of a broom closet, again, par for the course for a dive bar. The building dates from the 1800's and has a painted over copper ceiling which is pretty unique! Highly recommend if you crave a dive bar in Berea!“
“Love this hole in the wall bar. Although I don't drink anymore, it's still good to stop in and visit the people I know from time to time. I just don't like Jim can never keep the kitchen open. Visit his other place, Cleoh's on Brookpark road in Fairview Park..good food there.“
“The food was pretty good. Their fries are super well seasoned, which is a big win. They seemed fresh cut too. The Mozzarella sticker were great! They were wider than most I'm used to, so you get lost of cheese. The marinara was a little thick and didn't coat them as well as you'd like. You kind of have to scoop it out which is not a big deal. The Roman Oriole Burger was a good size and tasted good. The Gyro Tacos had actual gyro meat instead of just ground beef which was nice. Our servers were definitely busy. They were apologizing for the wait and were running around all night. Friendly and attentive though. Maybe they were understaffed. The Atmosphere was fine. Feels like a local dive for sure. The place could use a little a little touch up paint on the walls and maybe some TIL on the floors. The Fall Decor was cute.Parking: The parking lot is a little tight, but there's more space available along the side.“
“Too bad it's getting to be the last little bit of the roost. Fabulous pool partners and High Life bottles... With mourning in the depths of my most inner and deepest heart I Disney that I could never partake in the charcuterie and other fine cuizine offered here... Long live the buzzards roost... Fine...“
“I've been coming here for a long time for their famous fish fry, longer than I care to admit. All the different fish options are outstanding, both fried and baked. I prefer the fried sauger pike (walleye) and lake perch. Homemade coleslaw is always fresh, creamy and delicious. Perogies are okay but have become overly doughy through the years. All the fresh rye bread and butter you need and the complimentary dessert is a welcome treat. Unfortunately no draught beer at all, puzzling, considering there are numerous world class breweries in Cleveland, but sufficient choices of bottled brews are available. Friendly and seasoned staff in a clean but dated dining area.“
“I had their chili it was so good I purchased one to go, I want to try their burgers they look great, they have $3.00 off of the burgers on Mondays !! The bar tenders are great as well , always smiling & outgoing!! They have pool tables & dart boards, which are great! The only bad thing I would comment on is late at night, (if you don't like rap I wouldn't go there, but there are people that do ), your choice, I see a lot of the younger generation up there, having a great time, and that is all that matters. It is a fun & safe place to go to !! Highly recommend this place, especially during the Browns games, you have the best fans ,ever !!“
“Real home feeling bar with fantastic pizza attached next door. As a pizza elitist, I can say this is some of the best pizza in Cleveland area suburbs. Sauce is on point, crust is crisp, and a good balance of cheese to toppings. Bartenders are awesome and is all around a fine local establishment.“
