How do you mess up Turkey and cheese?? So first of all, I’m sad the blueberry bagels are gone. The “summer” menu is up and if ya want sweet it seems to only be able to be a choice between cinnamon raisin and cinnamon crunch. The Medium drink when handed to me was shocking. That looks like a small. Oh and worst thing of all- the kids meal. TURKEY AND CHEDDAR. Simple. Perfect for picky kid eaters! All I did was say I wanted it on white bread. I open it up to give To my child, and get fancy lettuce, ONIONS, TOMATO -‘and some kind of sauce. Uhm here’s the kicker!! NO CHEESE!!! And the sandwhich wasn’t cut in half! Just two thick pieces of bread with a mess of a wrong sandwhich! It really is overpriced hospital food. Sadly, I wanted to get my child something healthier and better out there than nuggets- and y’all disappointed.

I come here almost every day now ever since I've realized that their coffee options are just as good (if not better) than Starbucks AND Dunkin. Added bonus of not waiting 20-30 minutes in the drive-thru line. Staff is very friendly and helpful as well.

The Hispanic female doing prep is eating while she is working with Ready to Eat Food. That is a Health Safety Violation. If she has COVID she could be infecting the entire restaurant.

Every single time I order lunch from work it is almost always wrong. I finally had enough today and emailed management. And got attitude back. I even made sure to put notes TWICE in my order and they still got it wrong. This place is filthy inside. Needs to be shut down.

Me and my friends came here to enjoy a nice meal after a long day to wind down and relax. We come in, order our food, and sit down to wait for our food. As we are waiting, this unkind lady in the kitchen comments rudely on my friends “mouth guard” (he has a retainer for medical reasons) and begins to berate him. Additionally when I went up to pick up my food she made an unpleasant comment on my cultural name which I did not appreciate. It made me and my friends feel very unwelcome. Otherwise the food tasted good although a little bit more pricey than I can usually afford. I hope that the lady has better days to come because it seemed as if there was something troubling her. May God Bless her.

Best Panera in Ohio, if not America. Brand new, modern and bright, with fast service and mature staff. Sometimes they even CLEAR YOUR TABLE FOR YOU. Pinch me, I might be dreaming!

I'm here now. Coffee is hot. Seating is varied. Plenty of outlets if you have work to do and need to stay charged. Attendant was checking to make sure the coffee containers were full when I walked up. Bring your own cup and sign in at the kiosk if you don't like dealing with people. This comes from a person who works a couple hrs at Panera 3-4 days a week. This is my first and probably only visit, though, as I live far from here, so no promises for conditions under other managers. Also, didn't eat. Just had coffee.Vegetarian options: They have grilled cheese, some soups, etc. Not a lot of vegan options, though.

This is basically the same thing you would expect at most Panera franchises, except it is newly redone and has a more upscale interior. It also has a drive-thru, although be prepared for that line to move very slowly.
