I took my daughter to the Strongsville Pizza Hut, online it said they were open and the sign on the window said it was open to dine in. We walked in and the employee came from the kitchen area saying dining room is closed and I was puzzled it didn’t say anything online about dining room being closed, she said I’m the only one here so the dining room is closed and it won’t open until 4pm. This was the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant - ever. I arrived and placed my order of 2 large pizzas and subsequently waited an hour and a half for them to be made when the original wait time was 20 minutes. The wait wasn't the worst part. The place was run by teenagers wearing spandex, pajama pants, dirty Crocs, and nearly all of them were walking around with vapes literally in their hands. We have been turned away twice now. Very disappointing! We went to this locations multiple times because we really enjoyed our experience. It was nostalgic. We won't be back again. It's not worth traveling from cleveland to be turned away
