We have been turned away twice now. Very disappointing! We went to this locations multiple times because we really enjoyed our experience. It was nostalgic. We won't be back again. It's not worth traveling from cleveland to be turned away

I took my daughter to the Strongsville Pizza Hut, online it said they were open and the sign on the window said it was open to dine in. We walked in and the employee came from the kitchen area saying dining room is closed and I was puzzled it didn’t say anything online about dining room being closed, she said I’m the only one here so the dining room is closed and it won’t open until 4pm. She was very disrespectful when talking to the both of us and again it didn’t say anything on website about dining room opening at 4pm, and the sign on the building said open for dining in and the website said they opened at 10:30 and it was around 12:50 when we arrived so they had “been open” for 2.5 hrs at that point. I just feel with as rude as she was she just didn’t want to serve the two of us. I’m never going back to this Pizza Hut and I can really understand why their ratings are so low at this location. Customers beware if you decide to eat here.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant - ever. I arrived and placed my order of 2 large pizzas and subsequently waited an hour and a half for them to be made when the original wait time was 20 minutes. The wait wasn't the worst part. The place was run by teenagers wearing spandex, pajama pants, dirty Crocs, and nearly all of them were walking around with vapes literally in their hands. Service was awful and no one was helpful and the whole place just felt dirty. Watching them make pizzas wearing dirty pajama pants, no gloves, no hairnets, was just gross. Will never be returning. However there was a nice boy named Landen (I think) who tried to keep us updated about a time estimate for our food.

Ordered a pizza. Waited 90 minutes, which on a busy Saturday night might be understandable. My order was cancelled out of no where via email. Called to see what was going on, was put on hold 4 different times. No one knows what's going on. This store is an absolute disaster.

An overweight man with his pants down to his knees boxed my pizza and gave it. My pizza was as sloppy as he looked. When I sat down to eat the pizza It had so much grease that my pizza looked orange and very soggy.. It was uneatable.I will never go here again. This is not the kind of service I expect in Strongsville but maybe a Cleveland location

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a pizza and when I picked it up the lady making it looked like a guy named Larry, had on no gloves, and her pants were one inch away from falling to the floor. The pizza itself was undercooked, had no sauce on it & had a total of maybe 10 pepperoni as if she purposefully hand picked an exact number to put on it. It took almost 24 hours to reach someone bt phone at the store again for a refund. This isn't even the first bad experience I've had there, never going back again. The workers don't want to be there, I don't want to be there, someone please just do us all a favor & close this store down for good. I was forced to give it a star to even make this review otherwise it would have none.

I tried calling back and a rude person who hardly could speak English told me that it's a call center and there's nothing they can do. I didn't want free food I wanted what I paid for to be edible. Done with pizza hut.

They are ripping me off for $44. I call and get put on hold for 15ish minutes just to get hung up on. It's happened 6 times. Once I was hung up on immediately by their service center. Doordash claims that pizza hut canceled the order and pizza hit just hangs up on me.

Food is good but service is bad. I called ahead to confirm that they have dine in service and what time they are open until this evening. We get there and the lights in the dining area are off. We ask the kid at the counter if we could dine in and he says he has to ask. He comes back and says we can’t dine in. I literally called this location 20 minutes ago and was told that we could dine in. Poor customer service and inaccurate information.
