This Arby's in Marengo ,Oh is in a Pilot station. Good for a quick stop. My favorite is the Arby's Classic sandwich and crinkle fries!

I have low expectations for most fast food places these days because that's just how the service is anymore. but I must say this Arby's has top-notch service. when I walked in I was greeted by a older bearded gentleman that was super friendly and and went above and beyond to make sure my order was fresh and made exactly the way I ordered it. After I sat down to eat staff came out to the table to make sure everything was great and if I needed anything else. This location is definitely under great management I wish other establishments would learn something from this location. Will definitely be making this a regular stop as I frequently pass through as I travel I71 often for work.

Just left the Arby's on Sunbury. My total was 13.04. I gave Mason exact change and he tried to say I shorted the money. I asked him to recount it in front of me. He purposely miss counted it, I watched him. I recounted it myself and it was correct and the manager said it was just a simple mistake. I don't play about money. Horrible customer service don't recommend going here. MANAGER WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
Very prejudice and don’t like Black people clearly. I ordered a meal from here and the sandwich that I ordered comes with bacon on it and I asked for no bacon because Im allergic to pork and they put it on there anyway. I did not receive a receipt with my order I only received my debit card back at the window after I made payment, so therefore I had no receipt. I didn’t realize the sandwich was not how I requested it until I got all the way to Columbus airport. By then it was too late for me to get it corrected so I called to speak with a manager. After I spoke with the manager, they told me to let them know my name when I come to the location and they will be happy to fix my order , when I got to the location to get my order fixed, everyone had amnesia and they were very rude. Not accommodating at all. I did have the transaction on my phone in my banking app to prove that I purchased the meal from that location on that date and time. But they would even take the time to view it. Seeing as if they never gave me a receipt for my order to be having proof . The general manager, Jamie felt the need to be rude and not correct my issue and also the manager that I spoke with before Jamie was very rude and she didn’t want to correct my issue. So be careful with this place, especially if you have allergies, seems they are careless at food making and lack handing out receipts.

First time thought to try fish strip, but was very unhappy with the quality of food , I ordered fish strip with curly fries , ifeel either the oil for fries and strips was old , or the curly strip were old ,taste was odd,
