My husband and I ate at the Sunbury, OH location on 04/02/23. The food and service were fine, but when you open the door a very piercing, high-pitched squeal sounds, and both of us have had ringing in our ears for 2 hours (which we don’t normally have). Hopefully it will stop soon!
Fish sandwiches are tasty for fast food. Drive-thru was not too slow. The person working inside was personable and friendly. The poppers were hot and the bronco berry sauce adds a great contrast to the poppers.

I have low expectations for most fast food places these days because that's just how the service is anymore. but I must say this Arby's has top-notch service. when I walked in I was greeted by a older bearded gentleman that was super friendly and and went above and beyond to make sure my order was fresh and made exactly the way I ordered it.
