“This Taco Bell is the best. I've never got my order so fast or had such an upbeat staff. I just wish all taco bells were as amazing as this one. Big shout out to Jesse, that man is the reason for this review. I've honestly never had customer service like I received from him...“
“This location has been on point recently! We like to order on the kiosk and dine in. Often we customize items within the combos and every thing has been correct and even labeled on the wrappers. Staff is always friendly! Keep up the great job, it's appreciated!!!“
“The food here is fantastic! It's homemade and served quickly. We've tried appetizers, entrees, and desserts, and everything is delicious. While my favorite is the grape leaves, you can't go wrong with a gyro or a piece of baklava. This family-owned restaurant is definitely a favorite spot!“
“The food was delicious. I got the chicken and steak fajitas, and the queso was the perfect amount of spiciness. The food was so flavorful. The service was great. What I liked about the atmosphere is the beautiful paintings and the lighting fixtures. The only thing is that there are not enough parking spots because it it shared with other businesses. I personally would give this place a 9/10.“
“The birria tacos were bursting with flavor, and the meat was incredibly tender. The consommé that came with it was the perfect complement, rich and savory. The service was prompt and friendly, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back for more of these mouthwatering tacos. Highly recommended!”Esta auténtica birria en Ohio es simplemente excepcional. ¡No te la puedes perder!”“
“Came in for dinner on a Thursday evening. Pretty empty so we were seated promptly. The inside ambience is fairly plain. Service was prompt and accommodating. Chips and salsa tasted fresh. Chips were warm and crispy and light. Guacamole tasted fresh, very good though I would have liked a larger portion.. Queso was standard queso. I ordered the chicken chimichangas. Authentic tasting, not as crispy as I've had in the past. My wife is vegetarian and although they do not have many vegetarian options they were accommodating and made the enchiladas vegetarian. Wife said they tasted great. Menu in general is not large. Overall very good. Overall very good. Will be back.“
“Taqueria Guadalajara in Columbus, Ohio is an absolute culinary gem! From the moment you step inside, you're transported to the vibrant streets of Mexico City. The atmosphere is lively, the aromas are intoxicating, and the flavors are simply out of this world. Each dish is a masterpiece of authentic Mexican cuisine, bursting with freshness and authenticity. The tacos? Perfection in every bite, with tender, juicy meats and mouthwatering salsa. The enchiladas? Heavenly, with just the right amount of cheese and sauce. And don't even get me started on the guacamole – it's like a taste of paradise! But what truly sets Taqueria Guadalajara apart is the warm and welcoming hospitality of the staff. They treat you like family from the moment you walk in, ensuring that every visit is a memorable one. If you're in Columbus and craving Mexican food that's not only delicious but also soul-satisfying, look no further than Taqueria Guadalajara. It's an experience you won't soon forget!“
“The place was nearly empty when I arrived. I was told to i could sit anywhere, so I grabbed a booth. The bartender brought me a menu and the obligatory chips and salsa. He also took my order. He apologized several times for the meal taking so long to come out, I was in no rush so I didn't mind or notice. My Loco Burrito arrived and it was enormous, as well as delicious. Had I not eaten an entire basket of chips I would have ate the whole thing!Parking: Huge shared lot with plenty of parkingWheelchair accessibility: Easy access in and out for wheelchairs“
“A symphony of textures between the delicious proteins, variety of cheeses and salsas, freshly-grilled fajita vegetables, topped with chopped cilantro, tortilla strips and queso.Friendly service, Clean dining area, plenty of parking and safe part of town.Strongly Recommend the seasoned rice, the juicy grilled adobo chicken, queso diablo, chile crema, and cotija cheese!“
“This place has the best birria tacos I’ve ever had, with a very polite staff and quick service. I waited in my car, and they signaled me to come over within 5 minutes for a Burrito, 6 Birria tacos, and a quesadilla. All very good, but the Birria was amazing. All for a very low cost for the high quality you get. Would highly recommend.“
“We had a really good experience here. The place is big so can seat a lot of people. We arrived at dinner time on taco Tuesday and were immediately seated. The waiter was prompt and personable. Our food was delicious. My only complaint is they charge $8 for about a cup of guacamole. It's really good, but come on, have you been to Blue Agave? They serve a huge bowl tableside for less than that.“
“Martina went above and beyond tonight ! She was managing a lot of tables and did a magnificent job! It was my husbands birthday and she overheard us talking and surprised him with a dessert! It was really good too! Martina did an excellent job and went the extra mile for his birthday tonight!“
“Had lunch with the grandson. He enjoyed the chips and salsa and his hotdog. We ordered Chicken enchiladas and both a chicken and beef chimichanga. The chimichangas were quite tasty as were the enchiladas. The service was good and the ambiance of the dining area was great.“
“Best chili rellenos I've had since moving back from Phoenix. Tamales are awesome. They use a more coarse grind masa for their tamales and it's very different, but in the best way possible. The chicken filling was great too. Guacamole is different in that the flesh of the avocados was not pulverized, but diced. Salsa, chips, beans, rice - it was all pretty good. I was surprised with the food. The atmosphere is cool with all of the day of the dead artwork and barrio theme. I thought this was going to be another run of the mill "Mexican/Texmex" place. I was wrong. I'm very happy to say so!“
“The server asked these people to calm down and they told the server to "F off". It seemed like the server did everything they could but she needed a manager to kick them out. These people ruined our experience and should have protocols to print these people for taking over. These people where harassing us due to not being ok with their vocab, we would have stayed longer. These people followed us out.“
“Taqueria El GirasolTaqueria El Girasol is a recent addition to the Westerville dining scene and is one of my new favorites. Owned by a family originally from Mexico City they offer traditional Mexican food from a slightly abbreviated menu. The abbreviated menu doesn’t bother me because it is a small restaurant and I would rather they do a few things well than have to cut corners with a larger menu. One thing Taqueria El Girasol offers that is usually missing from local Mexican menus is breakfast dishes.Doing my due diligence I read several previous reviews of the establishment and I will now address some of the earlier concerns in one sentence or less. The chips were warm, the salsa was thick, the horchata was cold and the food was deliciously seasoned. The FoodToday I chose Huevos A La Mexicana. Eggs scrambled with tomato, onions and Jalapeños. It was cooked perfectly and not overcooked as is easy to do. It was well seasoned and served hot. It was in my opinion a good value for the money spent. I have never ordered a dish here that once finished left me hungry. Speaking of good values the desserts here are easily large enough for two servings and are absolutely delicious. The FacilityThe signage in front makes the restaurant easy to find even though it is situated almost in the corner spot of a small strip. Once inside the dining is nicely decorated with artworks that pay homage to both Mexico and Central Ohio. The table arrangement is nicely laid out and not cramped. Overall the dining room and restrooms are very clean and neat in appearance. The PeopleThe people who represent your business can make or break your business. The people I have talked to at Taqueria El Girasol are some of the nicest I have met in a while. They have always welcomed me in or welcomed me back and have always made me feel truly welcome. They have also always thanked me for my visit. Not just one of my favorite restaurants but also some of my favorite people.Personal observations and preferencesNot much I would change about Taqueria El Girasol. Would like the option of flour or corn tortillas with some dishes but to be fair it may be something that all I had to do was asked for. Also business hours of 10:00AM-10:00PM are not conducive breakfast dining and the breakfast dishes on the menu. I understand this is a family business and the importance of balancing life with work, but I’d be interested to see whether they would be more busy between say 8:00AM to 10:00AM or 8:00PM-10:00PM.Final thoughts and recommendationsOverall I would have no reservations recommending Taqueria El Girasol to a friend or family member, or for that matter taking a friend or family member there to eat.“
“Had a great time. Food is good. Service is great. Clean restaurant. Was busy but servers and kitchen were keeping up just a little slower than usual.Parking: Big free parking lot. Lots of night lightingWheelchair accessibility: No hold open doors. Some tables in center of room allow for wheel chairs“
“Or first visit here. Lots of choices. My wife and I both really enjoyed our meals. Definitely some choices you don't find at most Mexican restaurants. I enjoyed the El Morro Special. It had great flavor and I could have easily split it into two meals. My wife had Burrito California and it was a very large burrito with great taste as well. A little pricey compared to most others.Kid-friendliness: They do have a kid menu. Most of the options were around $7.50.Parking: It's in a strip mall, so the typical amount for 4 or 5 stores.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking available“
“I'd never been to Yabo's Tacos before but we had some time so I stopped in to check it out. I ordered 2 Carolina Pork tacos- see the pic, and they were better than I imagined. See, I'm more of a traditional taco guy and have grown to like the soft tacos over time, but I've been hesitant to try other items I side besides ground beef. The BBQ pork was so good, not too saucy and very good proportions. Then add in the slaw on top... yum!! They had a nice bar on the side and lots of TVs and trivia screens as well to entertain you. Great place that I will be back to visit!!!“
“I love this place. The atmosphere is so authentic . I enjoyed being able to dine in with my family of 5 . We all sat together with plenty of space for our several food options. I will say that if you are undecided as to what you want to eat ,the pictures may not help, my menu was super faded. Nonetheless the food was “
“This place is very solid, living in Sunbury we are here pretty frequently. Prices are great, service is prompt, and food is always yummy (though not *quite* as good as some of my other favorite places). Like most Mexican places you can be in and out pretty quick if you are short on time but can also hang out enjoy the vibe.“
