A recent trip to Cleveland Ohio would not have been complete without a stop at White Castle for some sliders. They did not disappoint. The lady working the drive thru was very friendly and nice.
Food is great, service was god awful. You can stand at the counter for over 5 minutes before anyone will even look at you. One of the guys behind the counter even gave me a head nod and just kept walking by like he couldn’t be bothered. Employees are in the back flipping each other off and goofing around while the cars pile up outside and people are waiting for food inside.

We stopped by White Castle tonight on our way home on us 3637 in Delaware Ohio and I have to say Bravo what a wonderful crew everyone was so nice and polite! Kudos to you you all deserve a raise for sure thank you for a wonderful experience we will definitely return
