I can only give 3 stars for food, as your staff, at multiple locations, keeps murdering the new fish sandwich. Fish is not ground beef 155f or chicken 165f. It's fish 135f. You're turning a nice Panko breaded fillet into fish leather. Please reduce the cook time to allow the fish to retain moisture. At 350f oil, you only need about 3 to 4 minutes for a thin breaded fillet. Also, fish does not hold well. Do not pre-cook and attempt to hold it.

Fish sandwich is great. The crunch is great, mild flavor, and the sauce goes great with the pickles. Wouldn't normally think of pickles and fish, but it is good! The vanilla frosty, on the other hand, was meh. Needs a more vibrant vanilla flavor.
