They mess up orders something horrible, evening staff has no customer service skills. And the young managers lack communication skills and friendly customer service. There was one young lady that was willing to correct there mistakes and she was respectful and kind,unlike the young lady manager that day.

Visited this location this evening. Attempted to use my app for the quarter pounder deal. Something went wrong and the app screen was gone. Of course I couldn't get back to the offer I was trying to use because it thought it had been used. Employee was clueless and simply said she couldn't do anything about it. I stood at the counter waiting to be helped for a good 6 minutes before anyone came from the back to the front counter. Service is VERY LACKING

with about 5 people working in the kitchen, it took over 20 minutes to get my order. I'm a door dasher, so every time I have to sit and wait for an order, I could be making money. The employees were walking around eating, talking, and leaning on walls just chilling, and making absolutely no effort to actually do their job. When I asked about the status of my order they ensured me it was being worked on, however I didn't notice anyone even begin working on the order until about 10 minutes later. In the time it took me to sit and wait for this one order to be made, I could have done 2-3 more deliveries. Very disappointed in the management at this location, Ive had many disappointing and frustrating experiences here.

I had the saltiest, most hockey-puck-like burger I have had in my life. The kiosk would not, as usual, print a receipt, and getting someone to come to the counter is an exercise in endurance. This McDonald's blasts music of a genre and volume inappropriate for a dining experience.
