My first experience was a walk-in order, I waited 30 minutes for my food when I was the only customer there. My second and final experience here was a mobile order, my food was not ready for pick-up after the scheduled time and I ended up standing in the lobby while the two workers were occupied with two friends who had walked in before me. I waited 15 minutes for my food which was 20 minutes after my scheduled pick up time. The young male worker would take breaks between making my sandwich to eat his food, without taking off his gloves or switching them afterwards and he has very poor customer service skills. I typically enjoy Penn Station however, after my experiences here I don't plan on visiting one again soon.

When they are busy and a worker doesn’t want to pay attention, they get orders wrong my sub was wrong I ordered extra honey mustard and got No mustard on my sub and I also substituted my white bread for grain and still got white bread.

I saw the advertisement for the Summer Squeeze from the Tiffin Penn Station and decided to come in and try it. I got the Artichoke Sub, a fry, and the new Summer Squeeze!! It was excellent!! I love the fresh bread and the fresh cut fries. The food is always hot and fresh!! The Summer Squeeze was great and really hit the spot. The service is always great at this location!! The staff always greets you as you come in the door and are always so friendly!! This place is doing right!!! Keep up the good work!!
Placed an ordered on Uber eats for a delivery,after an hour called them only to find out that Uber eats don’t deliver,and we had to go there and pick it up. If they don’t do delivery on Uber eats I think they should turn it off on the Uber eats app or at least have the courtesy to call and inform the customer about it.Very unprofessional,and now I might get a reply from a Bot,who I guess is the owner.

Not impressed, who in the heck has no idea how to make a SIMPLE BLT sandwich!? I get they have someone new but don’t throw them to the wolves expecting them to know how to make a sandwich let alone a simple yet easy BLT sandwich. Either help teach them or watch to make sure they’re doing it right. I only got bacon on my bread. Nothing else. I’m not from Tiffin, was just visiting friends and aren’t they supposed to always have a GM on site??

Great food if you’re not in a hurry. Even hot subs shouldn’t take 20 minutesOof.. edited because our subs (to-go) weren’t made right either. 20 minutes for meat and cheese with no toppings

I get they have someone new but don’t throw them to the wolves expecting them to know how to make a sandwich let alone a simple yet easy BLT sandwich. I politely asked them to remake my sub when it was wrong and they had an attitude and told me that they added that stuff on the sub because I said so . Very rude service . Then they took forever on purpose.Definitely willNot to there again.
