My Friend and i sat in line for 45 mins for an online order. We got a pizza, pasta, and breadsticks. THEY SENT OUR PIZZA TO SOMEONE ELSE. so then we had to wait an additional 15 mins. This place is horrible.

Its really upsetting when I call the local PIZZA HUT (tiffin ohio) to order my meal an get some broad from another country who doesn't understand English an speaks English very poorly an she can't even tell me if I can or cannot substitute items(IM SURE THAT I'M NOT THE ONLY PERSON WITH THIS ISSUE)But the food an service was definitely worth the wait when I ordered it in person

We did an online order in Tiffin recently and when we went to pick it up at the drive thru window, no one came for about 10 mins. When she finally came to the window she told us the food wasn't ready and that we should pull over and they would bring it out as soon as it was done. At this point it had been 30 mins since we placed the order and it was only supposed to take @20 mins. We watched 3 other cars come and go with their food while we waited. I finally had to go in after 20 mins of waiting to get our food because they forgot about us sitting out there. Food was hard, gross, and cold.

Went with friends all of us ordered personal pan pizzas, barely any sauce on the pizzas, one of the pizzas had a topping that wasn't ordered and my pizza was under cooked. Will not be going back.
