The people who work here are very fast and friendly. I'm here visiting my parents and have been here like 5 times in the last 4 days.. we don't have one of these local to me, so I wasn't sure what to expect.. better prices to than Dunkin'D, drinks are imo better (less sugar probably), but what really won me over is the staff at this location. No complaints whatsoever.

I stopped at the Tiffin store drive thru twice in the last week and both times all the employees have been friendly and very prompt. It may take a few seconds longer to get your food but you know it’s fresh. There’s another fast food store that I drive through periodically and almost every time the food is cold… But that’s because they pre-make it so they can be quick. I’d rather have a few seconds wait and it be hot then to be quick and cold. Good job TH workers!
Rarely do I go here and an order is correct. My final time going I placed my order and was given a few items then was asked to pull around. After waiting a good 10 minutes a guy came out and asked what we were waiting on because they didn't have our items. I told them what all we needed and then five minutes after they went inside I went in and had to walk them through every item to make sure it was all correct.I've just stopped going to save the headache.

Sucked couldn't order 2 separate orders at the window, asked for large drink and paid for large in a medium cup when asked about it stated that's the way its suppose to be.....don't think I will be back...

Preface: I only come here if Dunkin is closed or the line is too long.They never put sugar in the coffee, and today I went and paid for a bagel with cream cheese just to get home and realize they gave me a cold bagel with no cream cheese. Who eats a bagel with nothing on it?! Truly the “Burger King” of coffee chains. Never busy and you only go out of necessity. I wonder why. ?

Horrible. Ordered two sandwiches and they were cold. Took them back in and they remade them and guess what...still cold. Don't think I'll be back anytime soon. Cold egg and cheese left a bad taste in my mouth...pun intended.

I order the same coffee every time and it’s never consistent. I am not one to leave a review because I understand mistakes happen but after so many times, it is necessary. This time the bagel was not edible. We joked about how chewy it was but it was actually painful to bite that I had to stop eating it. I’m concerned how that can happen… sitting out in the air too long, double toasted, old?I also wanted to add, we waited 20 mins for two coffees, a wrap and a bagel. I don’t mind waiting for good food….even more disappointing.
