Omg! I'm beyond thankful for the supervisor Ryan. I placed an online order, but it was for the wrong location. Ryan then assisted me with canceling my order on the app and I am able to hopefully get my points put back onto my account. The place was very clean and the employees were very nice. Great job Ryan! I wish all of the chipotles were ran like this one.

Go in person, don't use the Chipolte App. It is very glitchy. Several times in the past my card has been charged and the order never received. Chipotle has NO customer service. You cannot call the location to ask if your order went through. You can't speak to a live human to get a refund when there is an issue. They only have a very poorly coded bot who doesn't understand most issues and won't offer up any solutions. The workers at this actual location are lovely and deserve a large raise with how much extra work the corporate team puts on these employees.

Ordered on doordash, I ordered barbacoa but got steak instead. The label on the foil said barbacoa right on it, still they screwed it up. Chips were unbelievably salty.?????

This was a God awful experience. The young lady was not pleasant one bit. I noticed on my receipt she was signed into the register as "Travis". She was not giving correctly portion sizes for the bowl. I waited 25 minutes in line to be helped for 2 people in front of me that got one item each. The lettuce she put on the bowls was slimmy and brownish green. When I got home I scraped it off of the two bowls in my order, absolutely disgusting. I did contact the Lucas County Health Dept about this store serving expired bad food. Then I had a gift card. The girl just about mutilated the gift card trying to get the malfunction register to read it and then she typed in the card number. When I asked another employee to help this girl, she politely did as 3 customers walked out because this store was out of stock of so many ingredients. The polite employee says to me "we only work here". When I got home and went to eat the queso and chips, the chips were so stale and chewey, I thought I was eating cardboard, so in the trash went the entire $30 order because at this point, I did not know what was good and not in the bowl and what I would get sick from. Your establishment has gone down hill and is below standard quality. Taco Bell would of been a much better option then this! This was the 4th time I attempted to use the gift card I got for Christmas because the location's in Toledo are constantly out of ingredients. Apparently their organization has financial problems!Stay away at all risk!

I always have bad experiences with this location today I made a Take out order at 7:00pm. Was supposed to be ready for pick up at 7:20pm, Got there at 7:20 and sat there for 30 mins intill 7:55pm. I only ordered 1 bowl & 1 quesadilla it wasn’t a big order at all. An hour to make a small order is a bit ridiculous in my opinion.

The service here is great. Our food was fresh hot and we ended up ordering more than we planned to. I love how clean the serving area was. The worker was refilling the area with fresh food as she prepared our order ensuring our food was fresh and hot which I appreciated. Good customer service.
