I would like to provide some constructive feedback regarding the operations at the store located at 309 W Alexis Road. While I greatly appreciate the quality of the pizza, I have consistently encountered issues with the timeliness of food preparation. Despite placing my order two hours in advance to ensure sufficient time for preparation, my pizza was not even started ten minutes past the scheduled pickup time. It seems that there may be some staffing or operational issues that are causing these delays. I would greatly appreciate it if this matter could be addressed to improve customer satisfaction.

I ordered delivery today, night before Thanksgiving ? I just wanted to say I was satisfied with the quality and speed of my order, as usual! What impressed me tonight was my delivery person! She went above and beyond to think to bring me plates and napkins, stating she figured people would rather not have to worry about dishes while scurrying with Thanksgiving prep!! Marcos I used to applaud you because you never asked for a tip on a carryout. But within the last month it appears you don't want to give your employees raises to ask your customers to now tip on a pickup order they ordered online.

Great customer service. Went in to get a pick up order and they were slammed inside, having an issue with the customer at the counter, and a huge line of people. The manager (I believe the name was John?- could be completely wrong- middle aged African American man with a chain and a hat) deserves a raise. He stepped in quick helped the issue out at the counter got everyone else situated quickly while making sure the back of the house was getting stuff done. You could tell he was stressed out but was getting stuff done. Fantastic customer service from him and kindness despite the stressful situation. Give this man a raise Marcos!
