My favorite place to get bubble tea and onigiri. My biggest complaint is the location being close to the DashMart. People sit waiting in their cars and parking is limited. I've had to come back after circling the block to wait for a spot to open up. Bubble tea quality has been disappointing once or twice depending on the employee making it. Avoid on weekends if you want to find a place to sit and wait for your stuff.

The food is good, bubble teas are great and the atmosphere is great for hanging out and doing work. But the reason I keep coming back is because the staff are so nice. I am a hot tea drinker - most places give you one cup of tea and that's it. Extra hot water is an upcharge. At R&B not only do they serve hot tea in a pot (and it's great tea), but they come by and offer to add more hot water to your pot when it runs low. It's just a super thoughtful service touch that has made me a loyal customer.Dietary restrictions: Easy to accommodate dietary restrictions.

Coffee shop vibes meets legit poke and bubble tea cafe! I stop by this place all the time for a quick filling lunch or dinner and the occasional bubble milk tea. It's always a great experience with good customer service, fresh ingredients, and I appreciate that they have non-dairy options for the milk teas as someone who is lactose intolerant. If you frequent enough, they also have a digital frequent buyer program and coupons they'll send you thru text that makes it even more affordable even though you get a lot of food for what you pay. I hate to criticize small business, but I have to warn people. The food taste old and that's not what you want when you're eating raw fish. The rice is mushy and everything taste not fresh. The place smells when you walk in like a basement and it's overall dirty. The staff was very unprofessional. It took the girl 10min to make a bowl for me because she was talking to her co workers about her dating life. I wasted $15 because it genuinely scares me to eat this food.

Their tea surpasses other local boba places, and the service is consistently warm in a welcoming atmosphere. The only drawback is the wait on busy nights, but it's understandable, given its proximity to the university, so I'm always patient and understanding. I've recommended this spot to multiple people and will continue to do so. R&B rocks!
