This should be 0 stars. I placed my order through the app, it was out for delivery within 15 minutes.... Off to a great start. So after an hour I called and was told it's on the way. I was annoyed, but ok. At 2 hours I called again and talked to a very rude woman who told me that it had been handed to a guy. I told her I wanted a refund because I don't think it should take 2 hours for delivery. She said it was delivered and there was nothing she would do. Food was crap because it had been sitting for so long so it went directly in the trash. I wasted my time and money. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

This place is expensive considering you could probably make the same sandwich at home yourself way better. The bread tasted stale. I've never eaten here before, and my first experience wasn't all that great. My biggest complaint has to be the customer service. The dude making the sandwiches comes off like he's irritated. The one girl that was there during my visit was nice. I believe she was the driver, but she didn't act aggravated that we were there. Something about the vibe was off. No one seemed to like their job at all. Smiles go a long way. Being in customer service myself for 30 years, I've learned that friendliness goes a million miles. Your food could suck but people would give a good rating anyway just because they felt good about spending their money there and appreciate the way they were treated.

I've been eating at this Jimmy John's fairly regularly ever since it opened. But it has really gone down hill in the last couple years. The last couple times I've gone in the store to order take-out subs, I've regretted it. The employees have no sense of customer service or professionalism and are more involved in their conversations and jokes than they are with serving customers. I also waited quite a while when I was literally the only person in there. I don't think I've ever seen such unprofessional/inappropriate behavior in a restaurant. Unfortunately I won't be back for a while and that's a real shame as this was my favorite lunch spot but thankfully Jersey Mike's opened down the street so I'll be going there from now on.

I stood at the register for almost 10 minutes while 3 workers were making subs. Not one of them even acknowledged I was standing there. I walked out and I'll never step foot in a JJ again.

Young man taking orders at the cash register couldn't understand me due to language barrier. I had to repeat my order multiple times. Young man making sandwiches threw my bun from the storage bin across the room to the prep area. The prep area was littered with multiple different food item and juice from tomatoes. Trash cans were over flowing and sandwich maker was still wadding up bread wrappers and shooting baskets across the room with them only to fall on the floor. Not a friendly atmosphere. Disappointing.Vegetarian options: Plenty of veggies to choose from.

Staff were a bit above average, were quite cheerful and clearly enjoyed being around each other and working. Place was clean and music was good. Food was normal for Jimmy John's, fresh and tasty. Prices are getting pretty ridiculous though, even by today's standard I would say they are gouging a bit and taking advantage of people and the economy.

Ordered a Turkey sub with cheese pickles lettuce & Mayo. Hardly put any Turkey on the sub , only 3 small slices of pickle's , forgot the cheese , and the bread was flattened . I usually don’t leave reviews but this was the saddest sub I’ve ever seen
