Their crust options are all great, I prefer either the stuffed crust or the original crust. Their sauce is also tasty. “I have long been a fan of Bibibop & it has been overdue that I write positively about them. I placed an online order for takeout today using the Bibibop app for the first time & it was neither intuitive nor user friendly. I tried to send the driver who was picking up & delivering the order to me the receipt, order number & specifics of what to pick up. I was awarded a free bowl as an enticement to use the app. I gave the driver my phone to show the store the transaction but when he arrived to pick it up, there was no order. The shift manager took the time to try to locate the order on his system in case it was sent to another Bibibop grill by mistake but none was found. He comped me a chicken bowl & his staff was very generous in their servings. To give you a better perspective of the size of Bibibop's "original" or large bowl, the other photo shows you it is equal to 3 servings of delicious food. I am grateful to the shift manager whom I didn't get to meet personally or his staff but my delivery driver said they were all very accommodating, friendly, helpful & willing to help & I received another healthy, delicious meal that will get me through tonight & tomorrow. Thank you.Vegetarian options: All of the hot toppings, the bowl base & most of the cold toppings are vegetarian. In place of the meat selection at the end, you can select beans &/or tofu for your protein. It is gluten free as well.“

“Visiting from out of town, we ordered the house burger, fire popper sub, and chili fries.The popper sub was outstanding. I wish I ordered another for the plane! The burger was fine but I don't think the pulled beef added enough to warrant getting again. Great sauces and good medium-done burger.Chili fries: i recommend just ordering and enjoying separately. The chili was great but the fries aren't crunchy enough to withstand the liquid. On their own, the fries are also good and crispy enough.“

“The food was wonderful the place smells delicious and when you look around the corners and in the nooks and crannies it’s very clean. They were extremely busy and told me it would be 40-45 minutes I showed up exactly 35 minutes and they said they need 5 more and it came out piping hot delicious.“

The meatballs are normal in size. Not like some places that give you ginormous ones. Fine! It's 3 of them, and they come in a small cast iron skillet, swimming in marina sauce, covered in ricotta and some other cheeses, along with several pieces of garlic bread on the side. I'm picky about marina sauce. I don't like it chunky. This 1 was perfect. The right mix of flavor and not chunky. These meatballs were very, very good. I was very impressed. The bread was great, too. You can own my heart with good bread ? ?We both ordered burgers ? If you follow me, you know I like a good burger and a good steak. I got the original cheeseburger with bacon added, and my son got the double stack smash burger. My burger was so thick. I tried my best to eat half. It was delicious ? No complaints ? The burger gods are pleased.The fries were ok. Basic, regular fries ? Not bad, but definitely won't be the reason you return. I'll return because I'm sure there is more I would like to try in the future.“

“(this is an updated review) I was in the mood for a salad and Googled salad bars and this restaurant came up. I am from Wickliffe and had no idea it was there. I went in and ordered a large salad and I have to say it was spectacular. So much so I attempted to go there twice after that but they were having staffing issues. I wrote a negative review and I should have given it much more thought. It is too easy to be negative and they did not deserve that. I will be back because sometimes you just want a salad. Everything was crisp and fresh and the salsa ranch salad dressing was GREAT!! Excellent. They do need to get some diet pop though (I can forgive them this because that is not good for you anyhow)“

“I have ordered from this place three times and the food has always been good, hot, freah. The Calzone was flavorful despite me getting it plain. The crust was prefect. I ordered the wedding soup and it was wonderful. I get the loaves of bread and they are fresh, fluffy and great. I don't know what other people order but what I have gotten has been a great meal. This in only a handful of places that serves the Sicilian white pizza they way relatives made it or the Sicilian with the red sauce. Usually places top it with Mozarella and Provolone and it is not the way it was made old school.“

“OMG!!! We just had Kantina cater our weekend bar-mitzvah for a dinner and a lunch and I cannot even explain how amazing Kantina is!!! From the staff, to the food, to the presentation!!! Seth is beyond incredible. He is kind, and accommodating, professional, and sweet. He made everything PERFECT!!!! He was an absolute dream to work with. We originally went to Kantina just to try out the restaurant several years ago and were blown away by the deliciousness of the food and atmosphere of the restaurant. When we had my daughter's bat-mitzvah party, we reached out to Seth to cater because we loved his food. Holy cow did he do an amazing job. So a few years later, we had him cater our other daughter's bat-mitzvah party....again, blown away by the quality of the food and the service!! We were so incredibly happy with Seth and Kantina that we went back again, this time for a Friday night dinner and a Saturday lunch at our synagogue. We did not think we could be any more impressed, but we were!!!! Everything was seriously PERFECT!!!! I cannot thank Seth and Kantina enough for making all our events absolutely the most enjoyable they could be in every way!!! I would recommend Kantina in every situation for every occasion!!! “Went a little early for dinner. I had a burger with blue cheese on it, Blue Caboose. It was immense. I also got a half order of onion rings that was bigger than some places whole order of rings. Partner got a Lincoln burger, it was huge and they didn't skimp on the fries. Food was amazing and cheaper than fast food. ( Someone recommended the Train Wreck but I don't think I could eat all of that.) Yeah, most of the food has train names. Alas they didn't have fried green tomatoes. But the burgers alone are worth a visit.I knew it was a bar but it is very much a bar. Most of the seating is barstool and high tables. Has a nice vibe too. And, the place is tucked behind some old industrial buildings and if you don't know it's there you're not going to find it. It's kinda neat actually. “The food here is amazing, delicious, and healthy. The service is excellent. They really take the time to make you feel at ease and they give you the friendliest service. One particular staff member, a tall gentleman was very kind and asked how I liked the food, took the time to tell me my options when I was ordering, and offered to put my tray away when I was done eating. Now that’s service! Service in most places have not been satisfactory lately as the food service industry slowly picks back up from a type of recession. But the customer care and service here is above and beyond.“

The kiosk made it super easy for two people doing BYO Burger options, and we upgraded to get the meal option and get the side salad, which was incredably fresh and a great portion size. The burgers had all the items we asked for.
