“This was such a nice experience. The staff, from the person who seated us to our waitress, were friendly without being over the top and the service was fast, accurate and attentive. The food (we came for a late breakfast) came quickly and was hot and delicious (and the portions were generous). We arrived mid morning on a weekday and by 11:15 the place had filled again, presumably for lunch rush. I’d certainly come here again if I return to Cleveland.Kid-friendliness: Staff had several tables with high chairs going and happily rolled with the pre-cutlery crowd.“
“I come here every year when I go to CL. It is absolutely fantastic. Every time the server is very friendly and kind. We order a make your own bowl and they have countless options to choose from with tags. The food is so so SO tasty and very filling. They have so many smoothies too and they are so good. Everything is a very reasonable and affordable price compared to other trash restaurants like Dunkin and Starbucks which take 6$ for one small drink made up of sugar and ice water. If i could give this place over 100 stars I would.“
“Blue Agave Cleveland, an amazing place that you should absolutely try. Great food and the margaritas were terrific. Try street tacos and Mezcal-Rita. Decor looked great and service was amazing. Our server Kristela was amazing, patient and sweet. Thank you blue agave! Definitely a great experience.“
“Visiting the markets and popped in here for lunch. It was really busy and couldn’t get a seat, but we left our number and walked the market for a bit. They called us and had us seated in no time. The food was fresh and tasty. I noticed a few patrons with a Bloody Mary and ordered one and wasn’t disappointed. The service from our server was friendly, fast, efficient and she was fun and entertaining. It’s crowded, chaotic, noisy in a good way and everyone was enjoying themselves. Very enjoyable experience.“
“Ma & pa type place. Friendly staff, nothing super notable. Can get a fast, cheap breakfast that's good. It's more of a neighborhood restaurant than a destination.Kid-friendliness: Ma & pa place, kids will be fine.Wheelchair accessibility: It's a little tight if it's busy, otherwise you'll be fine.“
“Ordered Cauliflower Crust with Red Sauce, No Cheese and Veggies. It was really good and the crust was awesome. A good delight before I start a detox ?Vegetarian options: Fresh. Although pineapples were not sweet but it was okay. The only downside.Dietary restrictions: No cheese. Honored my request with no issues“
“I love this place and this soup! Recently got one with white beans, tomatoes and greens with spices, and one with eggplant, cauliflower, and potatoes, both great. And I regularly get the pulled chicken noodle soup--the best. I'm somewhat limited in food choices as I'm on a lactose-free, gluten-free (though I cheat) diet. Prices just a bit high, but it saves me cooking since I'm recovering from an illness. Highly recommended. Oh, and all soups except largest size come in sustainable containers, not plastic! I'm always looking for that.“
“Excellent food. Upscale dining, but not as high priced as you would expect! Highly recommend! I had the salmon and it was absolutely amazing. Their menu changes so who knows if it’ll still be on there, but not a single person in our party had a bad meal so I couldn’t imagine new things to be rotated in would be anything short of awesome!“
“This pizza was great if you love thin crispy crust fresh toppings in excess you're going to love this placeVegetarian options: Pizza pasta salads sandwichesParking: Large lot in front of the door gatedWheelchair accessibility: Door and seating“
“Had lunch here with coworkers yesterday and we were blown away! The experience started with warm, friendly staff who patiently waited for us to review the menu and make our selections. Each sandwich was carefully handcrafted and not just thrown together. We were so surprised at how big these sandwiches were. None of us were able to eat our second half. But let me tell you that the second half was equally as good leftovers today! There are plenty of tables available in front of the store but we decided to sit in the atrium and enjoyed the sounds of a live choir beautifully singing holiday music. Tower City even made it snow! It was a perfect experience from start to finish. Well done by Cleveland Sandwich Company and supported by Tower City!“
“I’ve been coming here since I moved to Tremont about 2 years ago. La Bodega is a friendly neighborhood sandwich shop with a delicious and varied menu and excellent service. I’m talking remember-your-name type service. It’s the place where you want to be a regular and when you do, you feel more plugged into the community. More a part of Tremont. La Bodega makes a great lunch when working for home or on a day off.I highly recommend the Southwestern Sub (#45) and the assorted side dishes are a great addition (usually pasta & potato salad, coleslaw and the like). Thankful for local businesses like this!Vegetarian options: Plenty of non-meat based subs, salads, and sandwiches to enjoy!“
“The service was great! You can tell the way the owner interacts with customers that they have been coming for years. The gyros and chicken tenders were next level. My girlfriend got hers with fries and we split them up. They’re decently sized. The fries were okay since they were fresh. You can tell they slice them in the back and fry them fresh. I’d suggest a little baking soda to crisp them up. Baking soda alkalizes the water. It breaks down the pectin in the potato and brings the natural starches up to the surface. Making it extra crispy! Other than that, we will be back! All together a large gyro with an 8 pc tender with fries and a $4 tip was $31. Your standard price for two meals nowadays.“
“Such a great BBQ joint! My husband and I were visiting Cleveland and stopped by here on our way out of town. I’m so glad we did. It was quick and friendly service while also having delicious food. The meat was tender and juicy - even without the sauce. The sauce was the right amount of sweet and savory and the baked beans had a delicious smokey taste. The potato salad was creamy without being overly mashed and still had chunks of soft potato, full of flavor. All in all - everything was just right! Wish we lived in town to make it a regular stop.“
“AMAZING! The lentil soup was excellent, and their home made hot sauce is to die for. Great hummus, bread, and tabbouleh. Really kind workers too!Vegetarian options: like a vegetarian paradise! Menu was largely vegetarian, and vegetables were fresh and crispy.“
“We stopped here for dinner on a Saturday night a little bit later around 730 which was kind of nice because it wasn’t super busy and we were able to sit right by the bar area which is kind of nice because it’s a little bit quieter there. Great menu selection, they have pizzas, burgers side dishes and their specials for daily were pretty nice as well. Nice wine selection, and beer selection. It’s in a strip mall and it’s small on the outside, but goes back further. Definitely hard to mess if you’re not looking for it. Plenty of parking. Definitely a nice place if you’re in the neighborhood, service was great. We had a very nice server.“
“For kosher food, this is very reasonably priced! Tastes amazing and portions are definitely plentiful. Bad part is they take a long time to bring out the food all the times I have been there. Free refills is a plus for little kids. atmosphere is usually a bunch of big families eating together so sometimes messy and loud but it's usually fine. The food is very tasty though and as weird as it may seem the rolling chairs they have to sit on are very fun in my opinion haha. Best kosher restuarant in cleveland currently.“
“We aren't bar people lol but we've been ordering to go from their kitchen and their food is really good and so fairly priced! 3 meals plus some extras last night cost $33 before tip..... You really can't beat it. Their burgers have been great every time we've ordered and they have good, beer battered fries. Also the bartender was completely amazing and receptive to learning harm reduction education from me with 0 resistance? They now have narcan behind their bar so they can respond to any overdose situation, if one were to occur, as well as other harm reduction tools and education materials she allowed me to leave for their customers to utilize and learn more I will Always support and advocate for businesses that are willing to help us save lives and combat this war on drugs“
“Sometimes you cant tell a book by its cover.Overstocked, congested and uninspiring looking, this tiny deli is an undiscovered gem. In a rather inauspicious part of town, almost anonymous from the exterior, this deli provides the best sandwiches west of NY's Lower East Side. The lady behind the counter, the sheer variety on the menu, and the prices and quality, are all second to none.“
“This was my first time there and it was great. I always see a line outside and now I know whyThey have a wide variety of different pasta salad and potatoes salad ectopic. You also can taste test there salads. They have a Harvest mouse that is so good. I will be definitely going there from now on. It's better than the grocery store salads. Thank you Harold's for being so personable with your customers. 10 out of 10.“
“I've always walked past the Souper but never got an actual chance to check it out. As someone who lives downtown, I unfortunately can't experience most restaurants because a lot of them are only M-F and close at 5... which means that by the time I get off of work, they're closed. Lucky for me, Monday and Friday are my WFH days so I finally made it my business to get to the Souper Market. I was VERY IMPRESSED. I had the Creamy Mushrooms (I think) soup and a Grilled Cheese and was blown away. It was hearty, delicious, and perfect for the cold weather. The staff was very kind and actually helped me decide on what I wanted. They run a promo that after a certain about of visits (tracked through a punch card), you'll get a free bowl of soup.. which I think is pretty cool. I hope that one day the hours and days of operation are expanded, so that downtown residences can visit more often but I'm a fan and will likely be back.“
“Issis has been ? since the 90’s - a timeless pizzeria and great sides too! Fast and friendly service as well, I went to school with Issis kids too, who are such nice kidsA great establishment run by even greater people. Highly recommended!“
“This place is my guilty pleasure. My go-to is the purple rice, noodles, potatoes, spicy chicken, carrots, corn, cheese, eggs, topped with yum yum, spicy sciracha, and gochujang sauce with a side of pomegranate lemonade. I eat here way too much!Parking: The rear lot is free for the first 30 minutes“
“We stopped in today for some lunch. My family all tried a different sandwich. This is a little spot within a building that got really busy around lunchtime. They were quick & efficient. The guy running this place is a great guy; Stop on by!“
“Hands down the best dining experience I have ever had! From the quaint and intimate atmosphere to the attentive, kind, and helpful service (Denise), everything about Batuqui is a 10/10! The handcrafted cocktails were beautiful and incredibly flavorful! The coconut butter cake and dessert drinks are a MUST! Incredibly delectable. They went above and beyond in every area and I’d highly recommend this to anyone in the Cleveland area! Will be back (potentially even next week)!“
