I ordered some wings bone in and I had it delivered the door dash. When I got my order it was chicken nuggets or chicken poppers. When I call the store the guy told me there was nothing that he can do because they were out so they just gave me chicken nuggets as an alternative without even notifying me yet still taking my money and refuse to rectify the situation. Very unprofessional and do not care about their customers at all

I love ordering from here. RARELY has a mistake been made on any order. Tonight, they didn't seem to find my address. I received an e-mail saying that my order was delivered. I went to my door and the order was not there. Knowing it was Saturday night and probably busy, I know mistakes happen. I called the store and the manager replaced my order asap. I would never get irate with people in the service industry. Just know this is the best Marco's in Columbus!!

One day I pay one price for the same exact pizza, the next time I come in for the same exact pizza and I’m over charged, I simply asked a question as to why it’s different instead I’m told I wish you would’ve said that before, when I was trying to do that he rushed me to pay nobody behind me nobody in the store. Proceeds to hand me two quarters back because he felt I was complaining about paying it when it’s just the principal of the fact. I’m not sure why but you work here and you should know. Don’t ask them questions about anything they’ll treat you like you’re an idiot! MOD WAS PASSIVE and careless. Won’t be back!

As a long time Marco's fan, I am a bit shocked with the service I received tonight. After getting our order home and realizing it was wrong, returned to the store for a partial refund (was not going to wait for them to remake it), they didn't have a way to do that in the system. Cook gave me cash out of his pocket, so that was nice. Back at home, eating my sub and found a piece of plastic in it. Rather large. Called to tell them and after sitting on hold for 10 minutes, called back, but the guy couldn't wait to get me off the phone. I was trying to explain where he should look for more so no other customer got some as well. He said, "I don't know what to tell you." Also disappointed I couldn't leave feedback on their new app. Hopefully next time will be a better experience.

Save your money & time. Used to be my fav. Took 90+ mins on a 30min “promise time” for a lukewarm order. A previous order was inedible (pizza was a sauce puddle and bread burnt) - it took a week to track down someone to refund it. This time they wouldn’t take their own coupon code either.

It is a good Marco’s, large freshly baked dough, low price and friendly service. But it is weird that there is no internet on their guest Wi-Fi and no power on their sockets.
