I order here all the time and the customer service is literally the best! Everyone that works Here is amazing. The food is always perfect & if it's not, they don't hesitate to fix it. Donatos on bethel customer service could NEVER. Keep it up guys !
As a long time Marco's fan, I am a bit shocked with the service I received tonight. After getting our order home and realizing it was wrong, returned to the store for a partial refund (was not going to wait for them to remake it), they didn't have a way to do that in the system. Cook gave me cash out of his pocket, so that was nice. Back at home, eating my sub and found a piece of plastic in it. Rather large. I love ordering from here. RARELY has a mistake been made on any order. Tonight, they didn't seem to find my address. I received an e-mail saying that my order was delivered. I went to my door and the order was not there. Knowing it was Saturday night and probably busy, I know mistakes happen. I called the store and the manager replaced my order asap. I would never get irate with people in the service industry. Just know this is the best Marco's in Columbus!!
