“I have not had hothead in years and I decided to stop in tonight and try it and it was the best decision. Everyone at this location was very nice and polite. The food was hot and fresh. The chips were amazing. The location was clean. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.“

“I won't eat there very often because you don't have organic or Non-GMO foods. That is what I need for my life. Everything tasted excellent and it always does but all Non-GMO and Non Organic foods contain harmful chemicals that cause symptoms, sickness and disease.My food and service has always been excellent.I just can't and won't subject myself to HARMFUL CHEMICALS very often. I am absolutely willing to pay higher prices for safer food.If you ever make the change to Organic Non-GMO foods please return to this review and let me know. “We ordered To-Go right before closing. Chicken was not as fresh tasting for that reason only. The grilled peppers and onions, however, were freshly made before my eyes because they were out and were very delicious! This was my first time trying a “Hot Head Burritos” in Ohio. It was good for the late night order and the customer service was fantastic!“

“When it comes to Hot Head Burritos, this is the prime example of what one of these franchises should be. The Food and employees are the best. Bar none. They are so good that I refuse to go to any other location. I've been to the other ones close to this location and the employees didn't do anything wrong. But they certainly were not the same as the ones at the Tipp City location. I have tried everything besides one item that is on the menu. So far, I have yet to come across anything that I do not like. For extra fun, I have the employees make me whatever they feel like making. Again, I have yet to have anything that I do not like. So if you have never tried Hot Head, or you just haven't tried this location, take the trip to the one in Tipp. You will not regret it.“

“The staff today was so sweet. I called in advanced asking if I could order just pan seared vegetables as a side as I’m working through some health challenges and couldn’t eat anything else on the menu. Not only did they work out a side for me, but they cooked the veggies fresh when I arrived and really went above and beyond. So grateful for them!“

“I know I rated this a 5 star so keep in mind that this is a Hot Heads restaurant. I am normally a Chipotle boy, but the Englewood one is in such shambles that I refuse to go there. That lead me to the Englewood Hot Heads and I am so glad it did! As far as Hot Heads goes this one is something different. The food in there you can tell just has more care when being made. It is fresh, tastes good and they are fairly generous with the portion size that they server here. It's not like they really give it to you, but I have always been happy and never have felt gypped out when they are filling my bowl or burrito up. I think this is such a good one because the owner is in there working everyday and knows what is going on and seems to give off the vibes that she cares. You can tell that she wants the food to taste good and it absolutely does. I also have noticed that this place really goes against the sad more recent Englewood trend of just having terrible employees that are lazy, not on it and just don't care when working. That is not the case here, the employees that they have are on it, fast and attentive when you are speaking to them. I would assume this also has to do with the owner working in there along side of them, but what ever the case is it is working. I really hope that other places catch on to what is going on at this restaurant, because again even though this is a hot heads they are doing it right and it tastes way better than pretty much all of the other hot heads I have been to.“
