We placed a mobile order for three people, and every single order was wrong. The burrito that had my name was actually my friends burrito, my spouse's order was a burrito when it should have been a bowl, and my friends order wasn't even included, we got an order that was for someone else. We went back and had two of them remade, and the staff was helpful getting it resolved, it was just frustrating having to go back

This location has gone downhill past couple of years. The flavor was good and everything it's just the portion sizes are terrible. The person in front of asked for white rice (no extra) and they gave him 2 big scoops. Then I am up and I say extra white rice please and I get 1 big scoop and a half ass second scoop so less than the guy in front of me who asked for no extra. This Chipotle is superior to Barberton and Akron by tenfold. Their rice is never crunchy. They are polite and patient. The only issue I've ever had is that it seems their meat is mostly fat and they don't take it out. Sometimes, the entirety of my bowl is just one chunk of inedible fat.
