Der Dutchman offers awesome food, great people, and a fantastic view of the valley. The buffet and bakery are top-notch, with a wonderful group of meticulous employees. The 3-floor gift shop nearby is incredible, as well as the antique store. The area is wheelchair accessible with lots of parking. The salad bar is a favorite, with plenty of options on the hot bar and desserts. While the restaurant has grown into a huge commercial setting, the food quality remains good.
