Since I've moved to ohio I've been here multiple times and it is definitely a great place for ice cream and milkshakes ? so far I've had great customer service but the reason for my 4 stars is the tip. I am from Texas and it's not just here but many places up in ohio were they ask for tip when just getting a standard service I get it at restaurants with waitresses since they get paid less than the minimum but asking for tips for something you just drive through. We paid $11.50 for 2 brownie sundaes....they had about 1/5 of a cup of ice cream on top....not even close to 1/2 scoop...and one tsp of whipped cream.....a lot of money for barely any ice cream or toppings on a "specialty sundae"
