I have tried to love this location but I just can’t do it anymore. I don’t know why they advertise being open until 11pm when they stop making food and run out of everything by 9pm. I ordered 3 bowls to go and picked them up only to get home and find they were rice, black beans and sour cream - only! They were out of cheese, chicken, guacamole, lettuce, corn and salsa - but did not bother to communicate that with me when I picked my order up from the Chipotlane.Going inside the store is no better! The place is a complete wreck with trash all over the condiment and cutlery area. Trash all over the floor behind the counter. Food all over the place. Juices completely empty. Not a care in sight if you mention any of this. I don’t get it but will not be going back to find out anymore. Eat there at your own risk.

Chipotle used to be my favorite food. But for sometime now, the quality of the food served has lost it authentic taste and the service is also poor. The brown rice is often undercooked making it hard to eat.

Jonathan Atkins the supposed general manager is a horrible excuse for a human being. Not only was he disrespectful after they sent through delivery a bowl and and not a burrito. So I drove to the store requesting it be remade and refund of delivery, service fee and tip. I was met with one of the worst attitudes from management I've ever seen. Either he needs to go or just close the location.

I went today and the service was terrible they didn't have chicken ? rice I order two sof tacos and the guy made me a kids meal the manager was doing nothing to help .

Went in at 8 pm… out of the main parts of a bowl or burritoManager was def not apologetic…She proceeded to say they were basically too busyAnd even though they were open for 4 more hours….. had no time to shred cheese or replenish tomatoes ect…. Been in restaurant business for 30 years and in my opinion… thats def poor managementI will try Liberty location

This is the 4th time I’ve gone to this chipotle around 7pm and they are “out” of majority of the ingredients. Either the manager consistently doesn’t order the proper quantities or the employees are too lazy to make more towards the end of the night. If you’re lucky enough to go when they are stocked, you will get about 6 pieces of meat, skimpy toppings and 90% rice. I would spend the extra 10min driving to another chipotle

I came in and ordered a burrito about halfway through. I looked down and seen shiny plastic. Looks to be a piece of a glove. I took it back, asked for a refund and was told I have to call this number to get one when I called the number they refused to give me a refund and just tried to give me free food to go back Unreal very unprofessional
I just ordered a bowl online and got double everything and paid for it but recieved a portion that wasn’t even the size of one regular

And I always appreciate the quality and the quantity of food that they serve. I've been coming to this Chipotle since it opened. This is the nicest chipotle in the area. This is the last time I’ll eat here. There’s always a problem at this location- food, service, app issues, and being completely turned away. I give up after today. Our burritos were all sour cream. Literally the entire thing. I remember when Chipotle used to be good. It hasn’t been good in years and this location is the worst.

This location has gone downhill the last few months. We stopped going there because they were constantly out of half the food items. Additionally, we found out they would set aside some of those items and hoard them for mobile orders only. So we’d go in ask for cheese for our bowl, be told they were out, yet see a full tub of it on the mobile counter. They refuse to let you have it either. Besides the obvious problem with that, you can’t even do a mobile order anymore because they always get it wrong. So you either choose to get the wrong food through mobile or only partial ingredients if you go into the restaurant.So fast forward, we haven’t gone there for months but we decide to give them another shot tonight. We thought maybe it’s gotten better right? No..it did not. We got there at 6pm, hardly anyone there so it wasn’t busy, and they were already out of half the ingredients. We continue and pay anyway and as we go to grab a table, another couple was also complaining about the same thing. How can you be out of half your food items by 6pm?! How can you consistently be out like this day in and day out over the course of several months?! Does the owner not know how businesses work or does he just not care?
