I wish the manager was watching the cashier in the front as much as she was watching her phone. She certainly didn't see me touch her phone and then someone's food. Mean while Nick the cashier is juggling four customers two cranky door dashers taking orders, bagging up the food and running the store. I’ve visited this location 3 times. There has been an issue each time. Food not being cooked when ordered significantly increasing wait time. Interaction with each employee has been less than the lowest reasonable expectations. Regardless of food quality, I t’s hard to believe a business of any kind can succeed with this low level of management, disregarded operations, and uncaring employees facing the business.

Sometimes I have an excellent experience other times I don’t. It’s pretty obvious who actually cares and who doesn’t at all. Today I ordered fries as my side and got mashed potatoes, without a spoon. Bothered by this because I absolutely love the fries and was looking forward to them and also because of the fact the store was fully staffed with 6 people at the window doing nothing smh.
