Sometimes I have an excellent experience other times I don’t. It’s pretty obvious who actually cares and who doesn’t at all. Today I ordered fries as my side and got mashed potatoes, without a spoon. Bothered by this because I absolutely love the fries and was looking forward to them and also because of the fact the store was fully staffed with 6 people at the window doing nothing smh.

I wish the manager was watching the cashier in the front as much as she was watching her phone. She certainly didn't see me touch her phone and then someone's food. Mean while Nick the cashier is juggling four customers two cranky door dashers taking orders, bagging up the food and running the store. It's crazy because Nick asked, im assuming the drive through order taker for help. She was nice but I saw about 6-7 people just standing around and letting Nick deal with all of this himself. Manager should be ashamed of her self if she even has the ability to. Thank you Nick, for taking care of everyone and doing your job like a champion unlike your manager who thinks it's sanitary to be on her phone and touch food. Give Nick a raise or at least put him in charge of that manager.

I’ve visited this location 3 times. There has been an issue each time. Food not being cooked when ordered significantly increasing wait time. Interaction with each employee has been less than the lowest reasonable expectations. Regardless of food quality, I t’s hard to believe a business of any kind can succeed with this low level of management, disregarded operations, and uncaring employees facing the business.

Ordered a family mealThey told me to.pull up it will take a few minutes25 minute later no one cameI went through the drive thru they said 2 more minutes we are short staffed mind uThere was 10 people working2 min passed and then 10 min still no food....I demanded my money and leftIf you are the owner or manager u need to look into this

I visit this location a few times in a year, when I'm in the area. I always have been treated with respect and kindness or at very least a just a professional attitude.The food is very good here.Clean, well taken care of, at least from a diners point of view.Keep up the good work and I'll keep coming back.Parking: It's kind of tucked away out in the open... not so obvious getting there.
Order was placed at 8:28pm and was not received until 9:21pm. All workers were blatantly ignoring the group of people out front waiting for their food and did not offer any information on what was going on with the food. It was very clear that the staff was focusing entirely on closing activities rather than any of the orders. After 30 minutes, the manager was confronted about the issue, offered no help, and attempted to serve me chicken tenders that had been sitting under the heat lamp for over 20 minutes. The manager was completely unprofessional and rolled her eyes multiple times at customers, including when I called her out for attempting to serve me old food. This is absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced anywhere and the worst management I have seen. This establishment needs a serious reality check.

Drive through was confusing and the guy in front of must have thought so too!!The girl at the window. RUDE.The other guy that came by the window to stand and offer a Rude glance..WOW!We won't be back.This has become a norm.You people aren't wearing masks.We see the way you purse your lips together and roll your eyes.Customer service has been lost!!You hate your job..I get it..but dealing with customers-which i do for a living-...disappointed in your behavior. SUNDAY DECEMBER 17TH was 1st and last visit to this Popeyes.

The service here is horrible. I was talking to a girl named Amiya and she was speaking so loud causing her smelly breath to intoxicate my oxygen reproduction system. I didn’t hear something she said so she leaned closer and it got worse… her armpits. All of this is just complete disrespect and made my food not so pleasuring. Apart from the her attitude was completely unnecessary as she interrupted me multiple times
