“Café 19 is a great local spot! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, their coffee and lattes are some of the best around, and I love snagging a sausage egg and cheese bagel every now and then. I love when they offer seasonal lattes, to help break up ordering the same thing all the time. From specific holidays and seasons to even having Girl Scout cookie flavor inspired drinks. They are some great people who seem to really care about each customer that comes through and the owner seems to be very active in the community! I’m sure their West Milton location is just as great, and I’m excited for them to expand into Brookeville too. If you’re ever in the area, it’s definitely worth your time to swing through and grab a great cup of coffee (however you like it)!“

“Great drinks and beautiful little history in Ohio. I travel through the state quite a bit for work and appreciate local spots like this. Great coffee! I bought the highlander blend beans to take home, and it's SO GOOD! Highly recommend, and they have wonderful gifting options, too!“

“The best 3rd wave coffee roaster in the area, and the best food of any coffee shop in the area. PC currently uses V60 and Chemex brewers, though they also serve batch brew and create many new espresso drinks (not using single origin beans for espresso currently). Their cortados are excellent! The food is amazing: giant breakfast sandwich, or bison burger, roasted sweet potatoes, or breakfast plate, and a plethora of baked goods. Because PC partners with local growers and bakers, the prices for food are higher than prepackaged generic food. Read the menu and ask questions. I believe the prices are fair to support local businesses. The baristas are friendly and helpful if you have questions. They typically get a little crowded on weekends, but early risers will have the place to themselves.“

“Ooooooooo WOW, where to start. This is a coffee and ice cream spot in an old silo, it's phenomenal and it's in the quaint quiet town of Pleasant Hill and everything about LOCAL is pleasant (accept those darn bees), but seriously everything else is awesome. You want quiet, you want to break away from the noise, relax and enjoy, LOCAL is perfect. They have put so much thought into this spot, it's amazing. From a few local mercantile stores, a pumpkin patch, Cornhole, axe throwing, sand volleyball and fire pits and community tables, ping pong, foosball, this place is special and don't forget their cool swag. I had the Peach Honey latte and it was so good, the hint of peace was perfect and yes they have the different milk options, oat, almond, skim, plus some good gluten and vegan free options. The ambiance of this place is incredible, they have done such a good job and even have a Airbnb in one of the silos. Windows galore and on a nice day plenty of seating outside and on a rainy day sufficient seating inside. The baked goods looks incredible and the photo oops at this place abound, it is photo opp central. This place is a winner and we will be back.“

“Had a V60 pourover of the Limited El Barril, and the barista did an excellent pour! The food is standard coffee shop scones, bagels, and cookies. Nothing too adventurous. The staff here is really friendly and helpful, and I'll return for coffee again. The shop seems to have ample space for meeting, but I feel like they could optimize the space better.“

“I LOVE my downtown Troy Winans!! The atmosphere is so chill but you have to go in the back to the shared space for any good seating. I miss when they had a few tables up front, but I’m sure Covid forced them to make that change.Say Hi to Jenna! She will definitely take care of you!Parking: Park in the corner lot by The Bakehouse and enter the back through the 405 building lobby. :)“

“My husband and I were dropping our niece off in New Lebanon. We had some time to kill and decided to go for some coffee. I just happened to find this place via Google. This place may not look like much from the outside but looks can be deceiving. We were pleased to be greeted by some wonderful staff. Also, the fact that they share scriptures not only on the accent wall but in a little basket for your taking. We have a coffee shop in our town that also is a Christian based coffee shop that we love. One thing our coffee shop at home could learn from Hip-Stirs is the personalization of scriptures on index cards available to take. We would recommend and will be returning at some point.“
“I always enjoy the tea from here! We prefer to make the trip up to see what new teas, spices, and coffees she has, but the website is also wonderful! She is very knowledgeable about all her products. If I had to suggest anything- try her tea blends. I love Rest Your Mind and Cold Comfort.“

“Great visit to this Starbucks today! Emily S took our order and was super-friendly and helpful. We visit Starbucks locations across the country in our travels, and Emily had some great and unique suggestions for our regular drinks with some variations that we have never heard. She was above and beyond to make our experience memorable!“

“Service at this location is stellar. Fast, very respectful and responsive. Just lovely. The food and drink quality meet or exceed. I love the ambience here, especially in the morning. It seems to have a nice Los AngelesAngeles, yet very chill vibe similar to say, Pasadena, Ca. If only the Ohio weather ....If you are able to choose an area Starbucks, this is a top level selection among the three with which I'm familiar.“

“I love my little Starbucks here! This location is awesome and all of the staff are like family. So friendly and genuinely nice people! Service is wonderful but you have to remember, there is no drive thru at this location so be prepared and mindful when ordering your drink. They get a ton of mobile orders here! They are busy but try really hard not to make people wait too long!“

“We had the joy of checking out Beanhive Coffee Company by coincidence while at Brumbaugh Fruit Farm to pick up some apple treats. The cart is adorably decorated with an order and pickup window that makes the ordering flow smooth. We were excited to see their lineup of fall flavors (homemade pumpkin spice syrup) and bee inspired syrups (for example, honey lavender). We both opted for the pumpkin spice - one with oat milk and the other with whole milk. We were caught a little off guard when the total for two drinks was $16 in ($8 each) in rural Ohio. That's about in line with one of the most expensive coffee shops we visit in Indy. The drinks were tasty and festive as we had hoped. The only drawback was the sticker shock.“
