I love Arby’s, I have been going to this one for years but I moved awhile back and then move back to Westerville. Went in to get some food and looks like it’s deserted. I understand due to COVID lot people don’t go in but it was just as cold inside then outside. That’s not very fair to the employees. Wow! We went inside to eat. Our food was fresh and really good. The inside and the staff, well.... Cleanliness is not their strong point. It's run down and needs updated, badly. There's no ice in the self-serve pop machine. No napkins or self-serve sauces. A few packets of sauces. Sticky floors. The bathroom is not very clean. I've lived in Westerville a long time. The restaurant facade and inside have deteriorated a LOT over the years which make me sad and it's prob a corporate decision. I love the vintage look just wish it was maintained. Appearance aside the food is always good and we get what we ordered! Staff seemed friendly and coordinated for a fast food place. Hope someone higher up allocates something to put some love into the place!
