The staff was nice but the building itself was disgusting. The bathroom drain had dirty water pouring over onto the floor. The other stall was out of order. Tables were missing and the building itself on the outside looks like it's going to fall apart.

Hadn't been to Arby's in a long time. Tried a Slider and Market Fresh Turkey Bacon. I asked for Arby's sauce and received zero. I marked no lettuce and no Ranch. It had both. I cannot do Ranch. This was a horrible experience.

It's quite baffling that the Arby's corporation allows this location to remain in business. The structural integrity of the building is compromised in a fashion that would not allow for proper cleaning. It's dangerous, dilapidated, and quite frankly a bit embarrassing for the Westerville area. I would avoid this location at all costs. There's no way it can be sanitary.

We actually paid for dine in. But when we went to go find a seat. Every place was filthy they heat inside was broke. It was ice cold in there. It was actually colder inside than it was outside.

I ask for my fish to be well done. It was not. It was mushy when I got home. Called the store at 8:11pm and can’t give a refund till tomorrow when the GM is in. I guess I will starve tonight because that was the last of my money.Then I came back to the store at 8:34 Pm and a man with a black hat with hair everywhere talks to me like I was his child. This Arby’s needs some retraining on customer service for sure!!

I love Arby’s, I have been going to this one for years but I moved awhile back and then move back to Westerville. Went in to get some food and looks like it’s deserted. I understand due to COVID lot people don’t go in but it was just as cold inside then outside. That’s not very fair to the employees. After a little while they finally notice we were there and served us. Good was as always delicious. Fountain drinks in lobby is questionable, no ice and don’t no know how long it had been sitting their. Overall they are still great but the lobby needs some workParking: A lot of spaces not many people going inside anymore.
