Know what? Joe's is fine. It's just fine. The food is fine, the service is fine (or better), the ambience is fine, the bathrooms are fine, everything's just fine. But not really great. We couldn't find anywhere non-drafty to sit on a cold evening. So we wore our coats. Which was fine. Our waitress, RICKY M it says on the receipt, was friendly and usually available, except at the end of the meal when we wanted to get going. The food is good - they do a brisk delivery business...but don't try to customize your food order because the back of the house is militant, & the bar tenders are easily confused & would prefer that you order what's written on the menu - & simply be satisfied with that.
