Saw this Food Truck on the freeway this morning and happened to look at StreetFoodFinder.com and they were just down the street from me at an event. Arrived and met Jim the owner. He has had the business for 4 1/2 years. He does this part time. They were only doing slices at this event $3 a slice. Got a couple of pepperoni slices and a cheese slice.
