Terrible service from manager named “Courtney” if that even was her name I drove here to pick up my online order that said it was ready. Her excuse was you ordered 10 mins before it was closed. Lol it’s your job I got there before you closed? Like what?

I was just visiting the westerville location about a couple of months ago and I must say it is the worst Panera Bread location I've ever visite. The floors were filthy. The ceiling and the light fixtures were extremely dusty. The condiments needed to be restocked. Some of the booths needed to be upholstered. Instead of the employees cleaning the restaurant on their downtime, all they did was stand around and talk.

The lady taking orders also had to make the food. Long lines to order and she needed help. One of the food preparers was swearing and used the term idiot. I hope he’s ok and has a better day. I like Panera, but this experience leaves room for improvement.

Person who took my order, slipped his thumb out of his glove to use the register. He took my money, gave me my change and slipped his thumb back in his glove and proceeded to pick up my pastry with the same gloves that he had on when he took my money.

Arguably the worse service staff in all of Panera. Service with attitude. No saying can I help you, no saying thank you and tables are dirty. They are laughing behind the counter with each other while we all wait. Slow slow slow. Rude rude rude.

Dirty tables. Super unfriendly people. I asked an employee behind the counter if they had any forks and she simply shrugged her shoulders and continued talking with another employee. Someone else game me a fork. Nathan the assistant manager seems to hate his job and hate the customers even more. I Will never go back there.

The customer service was great when I ordered but they lack bagels...it's 11am and they only had 2 different bagels (none of the good kinds) and the multigrain bagel flat available. I ordered the group Autumn Squash Soup and was very disappointed the amount that was in the container. Plus a very small bag of the pumpkin seeds. Completely different then the last time I ordered it. If I'm paying $20 for soup, I do expect it to be full with enough pumpkin seeds for 4 servings.
