My husband had the Chicken Picatta, which was, unfortunately, overcooked, but our server, Kelly, was fantastic and exchanged his meal for one perfectly cooked. Kelly saved the day! The salad dressing was so good being mostly mango flavor, but the salad needed cucumber and carrots or something. It was just romaine lettuce and needed something to help it feel refreshing. We ordered a spicy crab roll. It was very tasty & looked gorgeous. I had chicken teriyaki with veggies and white rice. I could get brown rice, but not fried rice due to portions per our waitress. It was very good! My teenage son had chicken soba noodles. It was also very good! I feel like each food item was priced well and everything was full of flavor.They do not have adult beverages. They have four soda options in a can and several types of tea. They do not offer refills and each can is pricey. My daughter said her water tasted funny. Hopefully, this is something they can work on.Our waitress was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. It is a small place, so it cannot fit a lot of people at once. However, it is very cute and clean. Bathroom is very clean, but no paper towels... which I HATE! Especially for those new mom's out there!Overall, we had a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend.“

Wife had the mango sorbet and I had a triple taster. We loved our selections. This place is incredible. It's a regional ice cream shop that's open year round. “I finally visited Luca West on Friday evening, May 17th 2024. I arrived for an early dinner with a friend at 4:40pm. I came strictly for happy hour ($7) which is from 4:30pm to 6:00pm. CUSTOMER SERVICE (5/5) -- Our host/server, Danijela, was wonderful. She was managing the bar as well on a busy evening and she did a great job bringing water, complimentary bread/oil, and our dinner to the table. She was very attentive and friendly. Excellent. FOOD - HAPPY HOUR (5/5) -- Happy Hour is a great deal at just $7 a plate. I ordered the Orecchiette pasta and tried some of the calamari that my friend ordered. The Orecchiette is made with Italian Fennel Sausage, Rapini , and White Wine. It was just your classic orecchiette and I enjoyed it. The calamari was tasty as well. I especially loved dipping the soft bread into the calamari tomato sauce. The quantity (size) of both dishes was more than enough food for one person and I was full after leaving. My friend ordered a drink, the peach bellini ($7) which she enjoyed. I don't drink alcohol so I didn't get a drink. I can't wait to return to try other italian dishes. I heard their patio is beautiful so I'd love to see it next time (it wasn't opened today). At just $7 a plate during happy hour, you can't get a better deal than that anywhere else in town, that I know of. TIP -- The entrance may pull you away because it doesn't look like a restaurant but you are in the right spot. Luca West is just connected to an office building. “Had an excellent experience here! Staff was very friendly and attentive. They have a large menu and everything we ate was delicious and creative. Most exciting, they were incredibly accommodating for gluten allergies with GF soy sauce, a dedicated gluten free menu, and substitutions available on most items from the normal menu.Dietary restrictions: The staff was so flexible and accommodating of gluten allergies. “Food: We ordered the Tofu Makhani and Sagg Mushroom dishes along with the saffron rice and garlic naan. I asked the spice level to be medium for the makhani because that's typically a good spice level for me at other restaurants. However, there was no detectable heat at all and I can't say it tasted like a typical curry. While it tasted great, it was basically just a sweet tomato sauce. Very impressed with the Sagg mushroom though and the garlic nan was great. As a note, most entrees don't come with rice so you have to order it if you want it. Service: Attentive and polite service, did not have to wait long for food. It was not busy when we went so that might change but otherwise it was very good. Atmosphere: Calm and quiet atmosphere. Again, it wasn't busy when we were there but I imagine it's fairly similar.“

The atmosphere was very welcoming the prices are very reasonable and so far I have not a single complaint the food is delicious. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available. Although the inside is small for larger groups. Parking is limited so I would suggest parking in the garage around the corner. It's about a 2 minute walk. See pic. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and brought my sandwich to the table. One of the best sub shops in Cleveland. She didn't tell us her name, didn't ask how we were doing, and she took a large amount of time between our drink order and our food order (about 25 minutes) even though it was clear we were ready. Then, she used our table as her sorting area for all of her receipts while we were still eating. As long as I get a different server, I would love to return to this establishment.“

After going back to get the correct one, the lady at the front desk investigated what went wrong. “Pies in all their glory! I was skeptical as its hard to find a really good pie. We purchased a rhubarb pie, a spinach/feta quiche, and received a small cherry pie. Wow! Tasty, not soggy crust with wonderful crunch and the fillings were just right! Definitely will be back.“

Fast forward to March 24, 2024 when I ordered Spicy Kafka Rolls for us at the Crocker location. I am a night-shifter, so getting off work sometimes early in the morning, you can be really hungry, so I googled one Sunday morning and found this place as I was going home from work.
