I explained to the first person that I had not been to Chipotle 's in years. I had questions about food choices. She was rude and not helpful at all. The next two people were better. Not great. There were no clean tables and the trash cans were all overflowing. There was no diet Coke. Then, I began to eat. Even the steak was ice cold and full of grissel. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Huge disappointment.

It doesn’t pay to order online; at least 5 walk-ups have been served while I’ve been standing in a mobile order pickup line. The order confirmation said 4:40PM. I got here at 4:45PM and they said it had not been started. It’s 5:55PM and still no sign of anyone’s order on the shelves. At least I have time to write this review. …Order finally emerged from the kitchen at 5:05PM. It’s Cocos Locos next time.

Endless Mist

Entire staff stopped food service to participate in a fist fight in the parking lot. Allowing food to burn on the grill and customers to stay waiting. Lobby was filthy with food on floors and tables.

I came in joyful, with a positive attitude towards everyone but once i got to the counter workers were rude, wasn’t making sure what they were putting in the bowl was what the customer asked for. Gave me a sloppy bowl with granite small cheese and left a piece of hair in my bowl. The options of choices of toppings wasn’t even in the opening for customers to see it was behind counter. Just unprofessional

This was by far the worst experience I have had at this place! And there have been many.Not only was my food not done right but I had to wait 20 mins past my pick up time. People walking through the door and ordered got food before me and until I started to fuss that they decided to make it.

This is ridiculous. Why use the app to customize an order when the staff never pay enough attention to make the order right? It is CONSTANTLY wrong! The fact that I PAY EXTRA for more protein and THEY DON'T ADD IT, you might as well have robbed me when I came to pick it up! 2/3 orders were incorrect. Don't act like this is rocket science. You want better? Be better. This is absolutely ridiculous.DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!

*Update* February 2024. Stopped in for dinner on a Wednesday night around 8pm. They were having some issues.You needed a cc or exact cash as they had no change on hand. They were out of chips. The dinning area was very messy and needed attending to. Not sure if they were short staffed or what.To the managers credit, she was trying to make things run. What we did order was done right and tasted great.It just wasn't the best visit, but they were trying.

We went here after taking our son skating nearby for his 12th birthday. He wanted Chipotle for dinner and we wanted to oblige. Choosing this location was a mistake. Shame on me for not reading the reviews in advance. First, there is a big sign in the window "Now open until 11". What they don't tell you is that they are only open for online orders after 8pm. They were very rude when dismissing us from the dining room. So we thought, ok we will roll with this and not let it ruin our night.... let's order from the car, and we can pick up when it is ready. We ordered three bowls. The first was missing guacamole, sour cream, fajita vegetables, corn salsa, and cheese. The second was missing guacamole, sour cream and cheese. The third was missing guacamole, sour cream, cheese, fajita vegetables and queso. When I went back in to ask why there were so many things missing from our order, they said oh yeah we were out- very nonchalant and again, rude when I asked if I could be refunded. Just do that online, they said, as we were dismissed again.I tried to go on the app and see if I could get those items refunded. The only option was to "chat" with the AI. Needless to say I did not get a refund. It was very disappointing to spend $40 on maybe $10 worth of food.We don't go out to Willoughby often, but we really wanted this dinner to be special for our son since it's his favorite (he is 12), but this location fell far short.Go to the one in Willowick.
