They are consistent, fast serving if only they could open up a hour earlier at 10am for the sake of them not having a breakfast menu which Is great that they don't include breakfast like alot of other franchises are doing in this era for competition.
The dining room has always been clean when I've been there, the staff has always been very friendly and professional, the food is freshly made upon ordering and is always hot and delicious.I love that I can call ahead and just pull up to the front door and they will come and bring it to my car. Being open until midnight doesn't hurt either ?.

I ordered from Mr. Hero for the 1st time tonight. I when I got home I realized I didn’t have a second fry with my other meal. I gave them a call and they were very kind about giving me an extra fry. I soon realized that the fry was actually with the kids meal and that I had picked up an extra fries without needing them. Needless to say I feel dumb.The food was very good! I will definitely be ordering again
