Two other people waiting in front of me for a long time. I called ahead a half hour before showing up was told it would be ready in ten minutes..not only did it take three people to just take my order, literally had three different people ask me what I wanted and they still didn't get it right. And they gave me cold cheese that's very unsatisfying if you ask me I'll make food at home next time. Bread is nice and dry p I ly yesterdays...wouldn't recommend this mr hero to a dog

This Mr. Hero doesn’t taste right. Food looks good but has no taste. The cheese sauce is “an alternative”. I would have never ordered it if I tasted it first! It was a weird tasteless orangey gelatinous substance. I always get roman burgers but when I ordered these from here it was like a 1/3 of the taste of a regular roman. To boot the cost of three roman meals was nearly $70 dollars!
Ordered 2 Roman burgers, neither sandwich came with the oil and spices, so disappointing. No taste. Won't be back

My husband and I have been enjoying the food from this Mr Hero location for over a year, however just a few days ago I noticed a different staff but ordered anyway. Later that night I threw up my entire meal. I can't go back. Food poisoning is serious
