In the drive thru waiting 20 min no b.s. the trash man walks up started taking to her was server before me ,that was wrong .they hardly had anything and mostly cold. It seemed You had to repete your order 3 times because the music inside was too loud the place was such a messThey should move the whole mess to the ghetto this way employees would be closer to work.
Let me preface this by saying I worked at this exact store 10 years ago in college. Working there made me love steak & shake. I knew it was clean, had great quality food and ingredients, took care of making sure it used great ingredients.Since then this store has been closed multiple times, sold to franchise, and is a pathetic excuse for what that store used to be.Wait is always INSANELY long.
