Let me preface this by saying I worked at this exact store 10 years ago in college. Working there made me love steak & shake. I knew it was clean, had great quality food and ingredients, took care of making sure it used great ingredients.Since then this store has been closed multiple times, sold to franchise, and is a pathetic excuse for what that store used to be.Wait is always INSANELY long. I know the wait is going to be longer than other fast food. I’m not talking 6-8 mins. I’m talking I’ve waited 15-20. Asking to add this or remove that is pointless, your food will come out wrong. Staff is always unprofessional and rude. Sometimes they only have certain payment options? They’re always out of stuff. I’ve given it so many chances because it’s across the Street from my house and I used to really like it but I’m done after my last experience.I took my three year old there before we were taking him to his first movie. It was a special day for us. We dined in. Cheese fries had like 1/2 a pump of cheese on it and the fries were old and cold. There used to be a very short amount of time they were allowed to hold fries before they threw them out.. they clearly weren’t doing that.. tomato on my grilled cheese was not added… we waited almost 15 mins for our food, and our shakes STILL weren’t made by the time we were done with our food! The manager told me to call him later for a refund for them as we were leaving (without ever receiving our shakes..)Corporate should honestly be embarrassed their name is on this franchise business because they run it like trash.

Food was great, awesome staff(2 people) but the self order machines are lame intended on paying cash. Also getting rid of the claw machines is the worst decision. ?

The dining room is dirty. No ice, no cups for ketchup or spoons for chili. There were 3 employees and only one was friendly. We didn’t feel welcomed. If they don’t want people eating in the dining room close it and be a drive thru only restaurant. We’ll never go back

this place should just close, went there for lunch and everyone inside scattered like ants. didnt get seated so we left i guess they dont serve white people , and white people are the racists ? we were the only people in there not one other person except for the people who worked there.

Horrible customer service & time management! I ordered online for curbside at 2:15pm to ensure I wouldn’t be late for work (which I had to be there at 3pm) they didn’t complete my order until 3:10!!! And STILL didn’t bring my order to me until almost 3:30!!! Unacceptable!!!! I called 5 times and a worker finally answered with an attitude as if I’m inconveniencing him smh! Will not be ordering from here again!And the food wasn’t even good! ??

Got 3 of the 4 for $4s. Was absolutely delicious. The fries were amazing too! And I'm picky about my fries! Lol. Definitely coming back. Burgers were hot, had whole pickle slices and thick onions. Delicious!Edit- They need more employees! Went back around 8pm to be told id have to wait 10 minutes to order.

I pull up after placing an online order. Sign says to call. No answer. Go to drive through. Only accepting DoorDash orders??? Ok well I placed a mobile order. Can’t find it. Says he will figure it out. Pull up, there is a Gold Buick parked with their burger trying to return it because they said no tomatos…. Guy goes back in, 7 minutes later come out with a new burger. I pull up. He asked what my order was …. Seriously? Told him double steak burger $4.44 meal. With what on the burger? Everything but tomato…. Comes out 30 seconds later with a bag. There’s literally tomato seeds on my burger. He took the persons burger from before me that had their hands all over it, took the tomato off and gave it to me. Disgusting and unsanitary. I will be calling corporate.

This place is the worst. It’s always something.Today we pulled up to the drive thru to order food and were told . “We are only taking delivery orders” so we couldn’t order through the drive thru. Of course the dining room is closed as well, so total waste of a trip. Disappointed kid.They are closed half the time. Their scanner doesn’t work so you don’t get reward pts when they are open.Just a matter of time before this place shuts down. Rightfully so!

Garlic steak burger was awesome, fries were okay store did not have salt packets. It was pretty slow when I went but the burger was hot and tasty and that was my main concern. Good price for a single I usually like the double but I was on a budget ?Kid-friendliness: Kids will like
