Cold frys. Crispy Chicken Sandwich must have set quite a while, not chrispy,, but hard. Staff mostly talking. Cashier forgot my ap coupon, then didn't scan it, so I didn't recieve points. My wife stood at counter for 4 minutes with no one in line, and no help for Ketchup.They had plenty on staff, just wasn't on their game.
Fries are ALWAYS COLD!shouldnt have to go home(2min away they should be warm still) and air fry them. The timers on the fry bin are there for a reason, STOP re pressing it once it times out!Also twice i have asked for a double patty and they charged for it but did NOT PUT ON THE BURGER.Slow down and read our screens. If fast food would remove the drive thru timers and stop acting like its a game to make a record time maybe the food would get done correctly.
