We ordered a 10 inch pineapple upside down cake for my dad’s birthday party. The cake was fantastic and looked amazing! I also bought a baker’s dozen cookies to take with me and everyone at my dad’s birthday party loved the cake and the cookies. The three people working there Saturday afternoon when I went in to pick everything up were a fun group of people too. We will definitely be back!

I am not sure why I have never stopped in here before today! We went to pick up some cookies for a family gathering and both the service and the cookies themselves were phenomenal. I loved the chocolate with peanut butter chips because of how flavorful and rich it was! The chocolate chip and oatmeal chocolate chip were the runners up- SUPER chewy and buttery. I will have to try their cakes next :)

This bakery has THE BEST cookies. Anytime I am up that way, I have to stop. The staff is extremely attentive, smiling, and always put me in a good mood. I haven't tried the other baked goods, but if I need any other baked goods I will go here for sure! Today I had thepeanut butter chocolate chip cookie. It was amazing. I should have gone with the a full dozen!

We live out of state and had our wedding in Columbus. The baker we originally had closed their doors with no notification, but Mrs.Goodman’s was able to make our wedding cake on short notice. Not only we’re the flavors delicious, but they captured the design exactly how we asked.

Mrs. Goodman's has always been excellent and at the top of the pastry game in the city, if not in the state.But now, something is different. I'm not sure what it is, but there have to have been some changes. The cookies aren't the same, they all have less flavor--especially the peanut butter (my long time favorite). The pumpkin cookies, also a favorite, are more fluffy than pumpkin-y and dense.The scone was the exact same though, so not sure what's happening. But those cookies are different and not as good.

When our initial cake company unexpectedly closed just weeks before our wedding, Mrs. Goodman's stepped in and truly saved the day. Not only did they manage to bring my envisioned cake to life flawlessly, but their communication and professionalism throughout the process were exceptional. Lots of our guests said the wedding cake was delicious! To top it all off, their pricing was really reasonable. Would highly recommend!
Great selection of bakery items! Wish the hours were just a bit longer so we could visit after school. We have really loved the iced cookies and the brownies most of all!

Not only is this the BEST bakery in Columbus, the customer service is over the top! I literally drive 20 minutes each way knowing I'm passing many other bakeries along the way but it's worth the drive! This past Saturday I started my errands early and Mrs. Goodman's was my second stop. I went to the door noticing it didn't open for another 30 minutes. As I walked back to my car disappointed (I was craving the pecan roll) one of the employees opened the door and said I can help you now? She said "I noticed your on a Saturday mission of getting things done :)" I walked in not only did I purchase the pecan rolls I bought other items also. Every item in Mrs. Goodman is fantastic! Trust me I've tried them all! Thank you so much for opening your door early for me. Not only did you make me happy but other members in my family. I'll be back next week!

Exemplary customer service! I ordered an apple crumb pie to be ready for my birthday and on the morning of pickup there was a mistake in the kitchen and the wrong pie was made. Accidents happen. Not only did they gift me the wrong pie but immediately made the correct pie and even hand delivered it to my home a few short hours later - a 30+ minute drive away mind you! Pie still warm from the oven! Both pies smelled immaculate and filled my kitchen with mouth watering aromas. They taste even better than they smell. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience, my first ever with this company to boot. They will undoubtedly be receiving my business many times over in the future. Also grabbed a pair of their pecan rolls and iced cinnamon rolls on the way out, they are heavenly! Thank you Mrs. Goodmans!
