“We eat lunch here at least once a week. The staff is super friendly. The food is always quality. The owner, Billy, is the absolute BEST. He will go out of his way to make sure you have a positive dining experience. Hands down, best Chick-fil-a !“
“You get the same Chick-Fil-A food here and all as you would at any other location, But what bums me out is that since this location is a so called "express" location, they are not allowed to take any gift cards that I have gotten as gifts. Either way food and service is still good like any other location, just wish I could use my gift cards here so I don't have to go sit in the 1/2 mile drive through lines at some of the other nearby locations.“
“The Austintown Chick-fil-a is always a great place to stop. They are relatively fast as the service, and food is always hot and delishous. They are friendly, and if they accidently mess up, they go above and beyond to fix it. They are also super nice to my son. I would always recommend this one.Parking: Large parking lot that always has spaces.Kid-friendliness: They have always treated my son very friendly. I wish they had a play area, though.Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of parking for handicap and dedicated tables.“
