Worst food i ever had! Ask for vegetables in my f ett ied rice they gave me gooey white rice wit soy sauce than my shrimp lo mein so slimey its disgusting how can you mess up such a simple order?! It says they have delivery but it is only through door dash or grub hub very misleading especially didnt find out until I wasted my time placing an entire order

there was a toenail in my food /// toenail it looked like someone picked off their hangnail while they were cooking and when i burned it with a lighter it smelled like hair burning ? a toe nail or finger nail

The only reason I gave this filthy establishment a star was cause I had to hit 1 to b able to write a review. My husband and I just ordered from them He had sweet n sour chicken I had spicy green beans and chicken both were combos fried rice and egg roll. We both started eating after I got a few bites in a noticed something black that looked out of place I picked it out and looked at it and it was a fried bug I was beyond disgusted before I could even say a word I hear my husband gagging I asked if he was ok and he said no I just to a bite out of the egg roll and there was a fried bug in it as well. I save all the food and called the restaurant we're I was told I can bring the food back and they will remake I said why would I want more food from here after finding a big in not 1 but 2 meals I was very rudely told NO REFUNDS!!! I will be calling the health department and reporting.

I ordered a General Tso chicken combination w/ wonton soup & wasted my money !!!! The soup had a putrid smell ,was discolored& the chicken in the meal was so old that I got sick . I am pregnant so I was hungry!!! I called up there to complain & they made excuses & hung up ! Horrible customer service and poor food safety practices. I am truly disappointed because I used to eat here often . Do better because you've lost a regular customer!!!!

I love this place and its family owned which I adore. There food is always perfect. I few orders were messed up in the years we lived on the west side but they always fix it with no problem. The kids help the family out and it feels so homey and comfortable

We've been coming here since the kids were in car seats. Always have had great service and great food! Prices are good too. You get plenty of food! We'll keep going here!! :)

So i live right up the street from this restaurant, so I order from there often. Its not the best by any means normally but very convenient but on this occasion it was by far the worst experience I've ever had in my life anywhere! got bourbon chicken that was spoiled rotten and disgusting and the dumplings were also spoiled so I called and politely explained and 2 people passed the phone back and forth both yelling at me and refusing to even hear me out or do anything whatsoever to rectify the situation and im extremely disgusted overall so I advise you to never give them your money you will regret it!! Nasty!! If I could leave zero stars i would!.??
