I asked if they can make sure my food was hot and it was absolutely fabulous, it was nice to go to a place I can afford an actually have a nice lunch, thanksKid-friendliness: I noticed they had a parent with her child come in and when they served their food they were very nice talking to the child real quick and I saw a smile on the child's face.
Rustle is the Taco Bell MVP! They made my order with such precision and speed that I thought I was in a time warp! I'm pretty sure Rustle is part ninja, part wizard, and all-around awesome. If you're ever at the Boardman Taco Bell, you gotta ask for Rustle!

I ordered online at this location a few hours ago, and found a facial hair in my taco. I was very disgusted and upset, but the staff handled the situation very well. They refunded me my entire order and gave me a free refill for my freezie, as well as vouchers for a free taco on my next visit. They were very apologetic and kind.
