Poor service fat manager like a ice box inside your food would be cold before you could eat it's not the product it's the manager he about ruined. Bob Evans please hire new staff and management and reopen tired of driving to Newark to have a good meal

I went specifically for the chicken Florentine crepe and when they served it to me, there was no Florentine( spinach) at all inside pf it. Only chicken and onions. Then instead of remaking it they just brought me a plate with spinach on it. Cinnamon Toast Crunch milkshake was awesome though!

Waited around 50 minutes for our food to arrive, started with 2 sets of dirty silverware, the omelette I ordered was less than half the size of omelette's I've ordered at other locations, hostesses were very unprofessional, servers were very courteous however, overheard several waitresses talking about being short staffed in the kitchen, the only saving grace was the pancakes were excellent.
